normally I have a fine experience here but today I went in and they have 1 cook and 1 front of house employee who is expected to run the whole store— packing orders, working drive through, keeping the dining room clean, etc. she was doing EVERYTHING. I understand that as a business you want to keep labor costs low but that was just cruel to put an employee in that situation where wait times are up and she has to deal with rude customers. having the correct amount of staff on...
