The ice cream was really delicious. So many options to choose from. Only negative was the line. There was no sense of structure. The employees were just picking random customers to serve rather than people who have been waiting.

Love Kilwins! As soon as you walk in, the smell intoxicates you. It's sooo delicious and sweet. Service is really quick here too, as it can get really busy on a weekend night. Love all the ice cream flavors, you really can't go wrong here!

St Pete's ice cream shop just off the pier is definitely worth a stop. Not only is there ice cream but all kinds of chocolate covered delights! It seems to be a busy little shop and that is telling to the quality of treats available. One star off though for the lack of smiles and friendliness.

The service was awful, no one greets when you walk in to spend your money, got an apple, asked for it sliced, it looked like a 9yr old cut it, who doesn't know to cut an apple in wedges. I got huge miss matched chunks like I was solving a puzzle ...just awful..wanted to be a regular..miss rocky mountain chocolate factory

Went to this place for the first time and first thing the big guy rudely yelled no dogs inside not greeting at all so I went to The Yard around the corner with amazing customer service if you have dog in hand don’t even bother stopping and also customer service

Looooove me some Kilwins! This place was jam packed mid day on a Friday and it was great to see it. Kilwins has a lot of sweet treats to offer - ice cream, chocolates, chocolate covered apples, fudges, popcorns, etc and bottled/canned beverages. There isn't much place (if any) to eat your sweet treat inside, however there's tables and seats outside. Myself and the group I was with opted for ice cream and my oh MYYYY it was delicious! Old school ice cream is my love language and this place is IT! The textures, the creaminess, the variety of flavors, ALL OF IT. You really can't go wrong with what you order so my advice. Keep coming back and try it all, haha. Staff members are patient and kind. High quality service with high quality ice cream!

The SMELLS will 100% lure you inside Wow!!!! On one of the busiest strips, you find an intimate ice cream shop with everything from mini chocolates and fudge to custom apples. Stop in and grab something.... Anything! I also loved the front window showcasing them creating the different items sold. Super cute!

I have zero clue what is in the box they sold us and no guide to work it out. They just shoved $40+ of tiny bites stuffed in a box randomly and I was with an anxious group trying to pay, but the company made it clear they were closing so we just paid and left only to find they shoved the lot with a gross and unorganized box filled with random stuff there are clearly trying to get rid of. We're decades long locals and we're never going back. We'll just leave them to them to the tourist because that's how they treated us.
