Yesterday, my wife and I got a craving for Krispy Kreme and drove 25 minutes to this location. Red light was on showing fresh glazed are coming from the conveyor. Went in and nothing was coming out of the conveyor. Asked for a dozen. The cashier went back to the conveyor and placed donuts by hand to go over the glazing fountain. Another employee was sitting on a chair and looking at his phone. He didn’t even moved or look how to help. Still bought the glazed donuts and went home, got a cold glass of milk and opened the box finding skinny donuts that tasted old and hard. Not the fluffy texture that used to characterize Krispy Kreme. What a disappointment experience. Definitely will never go back to this location. Will rather go to Dunkin Donuts (5 minutes from home) for my next donut craving.

I was going through the drive though and since I am a 2021 graduate I thought I could get a free dozen donuts. Turns out, they stopped the promotion which was fine, but before I could finish telling him that I was a graduate, he snapped at me. He abruptly interrupted me and told me that “it was yesterday” and “you’re too late”. Quite honestly I was shocked

I went to pick up some donuts and dots ( donut holes) for my workplace. The Donut I had ordered specifically for myself was a specialty donut and was supposed to have a special filling, but was completely empty. Furthermore, I ordered an assortment of the dots and was given essentially a ton of glazed dots covered in sprinkles, no other variety. I try to eat healthy and not this kind of stuff but every once in a while it’s nice to have a treat. So when I do “cheat” I want it to be worth it….this was not.

Yesterday one Dude , tons of cars and me walking my dog and child from my house ordered online , everyone left happy , great service , great attitude, today two people cold donut , bad attitude and I came in driving this time !! Lol it's all about who's working inside. they come out warm and delicious sometimes they don't!!

Only the drive thru is open. Can't go inside to enjoy coffee and donuts. That sucks. No idea what donut(s) I wanted to choose without going inside to see the selection. Don't want to chance getting powdery sugar on my truck seats. We had driven all way down from Port Richey. Won't be making the Krispy Kreme mistake again.

every time i’ve gone to this location i’ve left so annoyed. they only have drive through open, and rarely have any specialty donuts in stock. this past visit it took 3 people to understand the coupon i had from my account, and then their gift card system was down so i ended up paying with my debit card. at that point i had been in line and at the window for 15 minutes (i had a text to my husband from when i got in line as a time stamp reference) so i was determined to get the donuts instead of driving off. the staff is nice and the donuts are always hot and good, they just always seem to never know what’s going on.

Was a late night snack. Hot and fresh off he belt took my family so they could see just how good a hot one is. The lady that took our order was very sweet I did not get her name but she had a heart and diamond tattoo on her left ear. She made sure they were as fresh as possible made the experience amazing for us all.
