I order a hot mocha latte and was given an iced coffee instead from online order...I don't drink iced coffee. When I called they said they'd refund the money but I've never seen it.

I ordered coffee and three donuts. A pumpkin spice cake donut, churro donut and an apple pie one. It was supposed to be filled with apple filling and it was dry. For the price that I paid I should’ve gotten an apple filled donut. I’m quite disappointed and it’s not the first time this happens.

Had a great time talking with the two staff members that were there first thing in the morning working hard especially with the demand of the harry potter donuts.
The lady who service me on that morning at the drive thru on Aug 15 2025 .Was kind,pleasant, respectful and had a great personality. Make you want to come back to Krispy Kreme. I got a dozen of donuts.
