This Krispy Kreme location is awesome! The Food, Service, is great. The employees John and Tyler made the time even better! Just went for the 1st time today, John was very welcoming at the Drive-thru, gave recommendation, and was personable. I would say the staff made the experience even more fun! Definitely coming to this one again!Thanks guys!

If I could give no stars it would've made it more accurate. Horrible customer service.Manager and employe not trained properly to even handle discounts provided by the compnay. Would never go back , and don't recommend going unless you want to wait 15 min for just half a dozen. Registers not ready? Employees all of the sudden dissappear from system blah blah.. horrible place hirrible management's!!!

There is never anything bad to say about Krispy Kreme donuts. We went when their Hot Light was on and got a dozen original glazed. My guest couldn't help but dive in immediately! Heaven!

Worst food and a heartbreakingly disappointing experience. Yes, we arrived a little before closing, but a place that specializes in donuts should deliver the same quality and experience for their first customer of the day as they do their last. They locked the dining room, so we had to use the drive thru. They only had glazed donuts and holes available, and they were day old stale. The coffee was undrinkable, bitter, and had obviously been burning in the pot since earlier in the day. We all took a drink and gagged. My daughter had never had Krispy Kreme before, and my husband wanted her to taste how good they are. She thought we had lost our senses after this. I hope Krispy Kreme Corporate takes notice. This is the hallmark of a company pinching pennies as they circle the drain.

Stopped here for twosday donuts. Doors were locked so had to use drive thru. Worker said they were locked because of shift change?? Was happy to receive my 2 donuts,but that was short lived. I had put the box on my dash and 2 minutes later I hear a like light scratching sound and saw a roach coming out of the box. Tried to kill it but it went under the windshield. Stopped the van and tried to find and kill the roach. I returned to this store, doors still locked ?. Same worker, I said you have roaches here! He said he hasn't seen any. I asked him if he had bug spray so I could spray my dash! I don't want to bring them home. Gave him back the box, he gave me another and I checked for another roach but it appeared ok. Stopped at Lowes for bug spray and coated the dash. On my way home it jumped on my arm and then my leg. Disgusting experience. Clean up your store.

I went here on the TWOSday, (2 free donuts day) and I was so delighted to see two smiling faces even though they have been extremely busy all day , Thank you John and Nazaria for excellent customer service! You guys were amazing!! Will definitely come back here because of you two! Can we please get these guys a tip jar though?
