La V- Vietnamese fusion is a gem! The service is always friendly and attentive, making you feel right at home. The food is delicious and authentic, with generous portions that will leave you satisfied. The atmosphere is cozy and intimate, perfect for any occasion. I've been multiple times and always have a great experience. Highly recommend the Saigon Udon - it's a must-try! 5 stars isn't enough - I'd give it 10 stars if I could!

Wow. So good.
- Had the bo kho (“beef stew”, French), with a baguette.
So good! Had a spicy kick to it.
Bo kho is a fairly rare find at Vietnamese places, and this is one of the best I’ve ever had!
Very well done.
- The fresh shrimp rolls are also very good.
Take all my money!

Edited to add:
- fried rolls are great, as well as
- lemongrass beef rice dish .. I order both multiple Times a week
- the red velvet cake !! Delicious!

One of the last few remaining gems of places to eat for what I now call classic DTSP. While downtown St. Pete city's soul seems lost and is on the quick march towards gentrification, it's still worth the stop. Hopefully they can hold out long enough for the new wave of dwellers to discover it. It's always been a great spot for lunch or dinner during the week.

This was my first time trying Vietnamese food, and while I enjoyed the experience, I wouldn’t say the food blew me away. The edamame was probably the standout—it had a nice spice blend that gave it a good kick and made it more interesting than the usual.
The pho beef soup was decent. I liked that I could add extra spices and condiments to adjust the flavor, which definitely helped bring it closer to my liking, but on its own, it wasn’t anything special. The beef and rice plate was filling and fine, but again, nothing that stood out or left a lasting impression.
What I did really enjoy was the boba tea—it was refreshing, flavorful, and probably my favorite part of the meal.
Overall, the food was good, just not great. I’m glad I tried it, but I’m not sure it’s a place I’d rush back to unless I was craving pho or boba.

Absolutely delicious food. I'm a Vietnamese American born in Little Saigon, viet food mecca in California and this food was some of the best I've had. Fresh ingredients. Wonderful flavors that would make my mom and dad proud. The beef short rib was tender and perfectly marinated. I love that they had this dish with the vermicelli noodles. It's what my dad used to make all the time. Not pictured were the fresh salad rolls or goi cuon. Very delicious peanut sauce. Although I wish they used more herbs in the dish, it was still some of the best we've had and we ordered 2 more orders to-go. The banh mi was the perfect ratio of veggies and the specialty meats were like the best dac biet cuts I've ever had. Highly recommend.

Incredible Vietnamese spot in downtown St. Petersburg. Last page of the menu has the fusion cuisine. I had the bun cha. It was perfection. We had the soft pillows for an appetizer. Those were perfect too. Boba tea, the whole 9. Happy we stopped in here! Thank you!!
