THEY BAKE YOUR BREAD GUYS!!! If you are not ok with not being able to get water or breaks until 6 hours after you start your shift, this place is not for you. This is a violent place to work and they promote abusive people. When you speak up, SMX STAFFING does nothing and will not hire you for other positions outside of Lantmannen Unibake USA Inc. THEY BAKE YOUR BREAD GUYS!!!

Staff friendly, dry van delivery is the dock that’s north west corner. It’s tight, slide your tandems. Not much traffic but you’ll be pulling out into the street to back. Probably more traffic on the side street where you’ll be parked and having to move around to let people get by.
Very tight and I had to blind side into door but, they loaded me in 30 minutes and I was outta there.

Worked at this location temporary to permanent this place needs a complete overhaul of management and workers, communication between supervisors and workers is extremely bad ,communication between workers and temps is also terrible they have all illegal immigrants threw out whole warehouse so working together is difficult sometimes very frustrating so it's always alot of arguments and personal walking off workers always calling off so your always doing extra work with minimal help also upper management is also terrible they show favoritism to their own respective race won't listen to your point of view I've seen it happen many times also place is infested with bugs in locker room ,breakroom , bathroom and some areas where food is stored ,also no one of color with any authority so no one that can understand your point of view from a cultural perspective , I quit the job didn't get fired no write ups or suspensions if I could give this place a 0 I would , so to sum this up terrible work place and don't get me started on all I mean ALL THE BAD BREAD they distribute, the company is from overseas and you can tell because of work environment and language barriers, if you choose to work here good luck you'll be miserable within a week I guarantee it .
