I always order a black iced coffee, the past 3 visits they have given me a hot coffee and made me pull around and wait while they bring out my correct order. This past visit the coffee was undrinkable.

Ordered my food through DoorDash and had it delivered. It came fast and the food was still warm. My issue is that I ordered a 20pc spicy and only got a 10pc spicy. I hate wasting money if I don’t have to. Check your food regardless whether you pick it up or have it delivered!

Poor service, literally surrounded by homeless or drug addicted individuals, I counted at least 7, they approached every vehicle asking for anything they could get, felt quite dangerous literally just going through a drive thru, rude employees, not very fast for fast food.
As I walked in this morning into this sounds here in the South side I met a beautiful lady. Her name is Anna abi. She's the one of the managers here. What a good heart goes spirit. This lady is like gosh. Serving cares about the customers and the people. They should make more people like her here in the South side. Just McDonald's is in the South of Saint Petersburg. I should come down and say hello to her and she. She deserves more than 5 stars night. She's a great person, great spirit.

Refused to refund me. Caused me to sit in the drive thru line for 20 mins. I refused to leave until they gave me a refund. They finally exchanged the toy that they said they had but gave us a different toy. If you say you have something and give me something else. I either want a refund or give me what I paid for.I was screamed at and disrespected. My child was in the car with me at the time. Everything I should expect at a McDonald’s.
