Numerous times I’ve gotten the wrong or messed up order through the drive-through there have been many times that I’ve spoken to the manager finally I asked to speak with the owner I left my phone number never got a response I went and personally asked the manager if he would please make sure my order was correct I got home my order was not correct and then again asked to speak with the owner I came in tonight I placed an order I gave the manager my phone number once again...read full review
I placed my order. The young man asked medium or large. I advised large. He then advised that they were out of large cups and had been all day. He said that all they had was small. He said that I could get an additional small cup for a dollar. Why should I have to pay an additional charge ? It's not my fault that they were out of large cups !!
we just ordered a quarter pounder with cheese and a fish sandwich both were supposed to be meals. what we got was a quarter pounder with cheese, fries and a box of nuggets. we looked at the bag and looked like it was ok so we drove on since we were in a little bit of a hurry. not happy with the order because we used the menu order number which was #2 and #7. shame on you for not paying attention to the orders.
