Terrible service. God i wish they would check the meals with the customer before letting them leave. If you are getting one thing, they cant possibly mess that up. You order a family meal? Prepare to be disappointed. Not worth the money anymore.

This location never has anything fast. I wait 10 minutes every time for my order. The manager is very rude and doesn’t care about the service or quality of the food. My order was cold and he claimed that they make everything fresh to order!!!!!

Every time I come here , there is a mistake. Poor customer service and unprofessional. When going through the drive thru something is always missed and you end up going in everytime. Will never go here again and will drive across town to avoid this specific McDonalds.

Experience was so bad I decided to take time out of my day just to create an account so I can complain. I’m assuming one of the managers as he was in a black shirt I believe named Brian was very disrespectful to me when trying to “solve” an issue. Order was placed through the app by my fiancée for pick up inside. I go in to pick up order and the nice young lady said that the order was not in. So i proceeded to show them the receipt, the code to the order, I could have shown them my bank statement of the transaction. The nice young lady was trying to help me and get the order made but the disrespectful manager would not do it and said the person that ordered needs to come in to check in in order for the order to populate which doesn’t make any sense I’m ordering ahead so I don’t have to wait and to help out your “team” since it was a big order. He proceeded to call me ignorant even though I was extremely patient until he started getting an attitude with me and not hearing the situation. Situation occurred around 6:20pm-645pm 12/5/25 I hope you enjoy reading this Brian and I hope corporate actually does something about it.

I ordered an extra fry and an Oreo milkshake and was charged $22, which seems unusually high. Although we got this resolved, when I pulled up to the cashier window where a young woman was working as the cashier, I politely suggested to the her that service could be improved. In response, she just said ‘ok’ in an annoyed manner and closed the window on me without apologizing or even trying to understand the issue. This felt very dismissive and rude. I hope the store can address both pricing and customer service training.

I order the McRib a large fry a Fanta mixed with lemon juice frozen and a McDouble first of all I couldn't even tell what kind of meat was on the McRib definitely is changed since the last time I have eaten it I don't think I'll eat it again the fries were ice cold I had a funny taste. The quality of McDonald's food has gone down so much. I would say 60% of the time the McDonald's food is cold under salted or something I'm honestly scared to figure out what kind of meat was actually used to make the McRib.

The inside needs more people working at the register and they need alot of help in that store stood in line for 15-20 mins just to order a takeout and the lady behind the counter was running food outside and working the register and when I got home the fries were cold and the double cheeseburger was cold to i probably won't go back until something is done inside of that store with the help and drive-thru is slow to so that store needs alot of help
