I meet my daughter here to pick up and drop my grandbaby off.its a guy who's always walking up to ur car asking for money.not safe. The bathrooms stay dirty🤧 I've watched people throw trash in the parking lot.I've seen The employees go outside and smoke come back in and don't wash their hands.🙅 And just go back to fixing food. I ordered my food no salt on my fries. well I got old fries mixed with new ones when I asked for no salt🤦 and then they have these kids working and they don't know how to talk to u at all👌 I drive here all the time from out of town.I'll never eat here again. long as I live.🙃

Awful drive through service. Didn’t answer the intercom and ignored us when we pulled up to the window. Employees didn’t seem to care and laughed when we pointed out that nobody helped us.
This is the best McDonald's I have ever been to. My food was hot and fresh and the staff was super nice friendly and professional. The store manager and the staff do a great job.

To be Christmas eve I had the worst biscuit I've ever had out of there it was overcooked and old and I did not get my receipt. My fur baby loves her chicken biscuits and she won't even eat her chicken today so what does that tell you. Very dissatisfied with my McDonald's today. And it was only 8:30 in the morning I should have had a fresh biscuit. I should have had a fresh chicken biscuit. And the hash brown what's cold.

Worst service EVER. This is the area's slowest "fast" food restaurant. I will never return. Taco Bell, Wendy's and Burger King are in very close proximity and would undeniably be the better choices.

Never got to order. The order taker never asked or spoke to me in the 1st lane. 3 cars went by in the 2nd lane. Pulled to the pay window and they wouldn't open the window to take my order. Pulled to the pick up window and they said I couldn't order there. Went in to order and the asst. Mgr was talking to friends and wouldn't take my order. Finally asked for the Mgr and he (Ross) didn't seem to care. Told him I was going to give them a poor review and he said "Do what you have to do". Poorest customer service I have ever experienced at McDonald's. Guess that's why Chik fli la is doing so well. Won't be back for at least a year.
