Good help is hard to find apparently. This location just hired someone whose understanding of his job is questionable. After the management made the anti-customer move of not making water available on the drink machines, the staff continues to offer customers a cup for water. You cannot get your own water here. Don't give me a cup for water.

This is all positive feedback. I work as a doordash driver and frequently pick up orders from this location at 1020 34th Street North in St. Petersburg Florida. It was Christmas day yesterday and all of the team did an awesome job. They were the main location that was open where most of the McDonald's in St. Pete were either closed or not taking any doordash orders. They were totally slammed that day with customers and doordash orders and didn't outstanding job as well as maintained a positive attitude. I was so proud to be delivering a good portion of their orders on Christmas Day.

this locations let’s their workers come in while they are obviously sick and coughing this is illegal and i will be calling the health department these poor people have lives and their health should be a concern and priority
Excellent! Restaurant was clean and orderly! Crew members were doing their jobs exceptionally and need to be commended! Outside was clean and free of debree. Gives orders to the wrong people, then refuses to remake the order or refund it to the actual person who ordered it! They said since the food went to somebody, it has to be paid for & can't be remade. How incompetent are adults on the morning shift this entire last week? This has happened every single day. It's not the customers fault employees are giving away food to people who didn't pay for it. Run from this store. Go a few blocks further down 34th to the better McDonald's.
