3/4 full soda, 1/2 full fries, old cold burnt burgers....food and service sucked! Usually not this brutal or rude but man the service and food was the worst. As you can tell by the reviews I eat McDonalds a lot.....it"s my go to, and I understand it's a gamble but this location may have me quitting cold turkey.

Here's another McDonald's that has no business representing the brand. The staff is unmotivated, rude and apparently unmanaged. I've observed the late night shift to be particularly terrible. I'd strongly suggest another option if you have any interest in a quality experience!!

This McDonald's has some of the rudest/uncaring staff in the industry. Especially the manager, Heather. The food typically comes out okay but more often then not your order will be cold/sloppily made.

Terrible experience! We ordered at tje kiosk, and pick up took forever! Then they gave us spicy nuggets instead of the regular nuggets we ordered. Finally decided to just take the food, only to discover they forgot our drinks, one of our sandwiches, and all our dipping sauces. They literally only got one sandwich and some fries right. Drive through appeared to be working like a well-oiled machine, but the knobs at the register must have been high. Worst McDonalds experience in my 41 years!
Absolutely the worst McDonald's around. Got there at 10:30 and inquired whether they were still serving breakfast or lunch. They said either one but pointed to the menu board which displayed only the lunch menus. I ordered a Combo Number 2 and they gave me breakfast instead. I brought it to their attention that I got the wrong order, and they scolded me for not telling them what I wanted instead of just saying a combo #2. Then they tried to insist that I be the one who disposes of their wrong order

Absolutely horrible. I've been to this place three times this week and the door clearly states that the doors open at 5:00am. Lol. That's a joke. Every time, well after that time the doors are still closed. There is no one in the drive through and I go to the window to get a cup of coffee and they refuse to serve me and say that they will not open the lobby until employees and the manager shows up. This is multiple mornings. I don't know of any business that runs like this. It's absurd

I've been going to McDonald's my entire life and I have never seen one like this. In bad neighborhoods, cities, attached to gas stations, and the rest, you still get a similar order in a reasonable amount of time. The drive thru always moves. Not this place.When I pulled up there was only one car in front of me, yet somehow still spent 30 minutes in the drive thru. Nobody took our order for 20 minutes. I then pulled up and sat behind the one car for another 10. I said forget it and left.I've also eaten inside here a few times and it always takes 30 mins+ to get our food.Update: I did try the drive thru again recently, and we went right through. Scooted my rating up a bit.
