So stopped by the drive thru at 9 pm.. cars piled back in drive thru with no service. I believe I counted 8 cars. Went in and every worker is literally hanging out. I won't be coming back

Coffee was very weak, as if they didn't change the filter and add new coffee. Just ordered (2) black Coffees. I got them home, luke warm and guess what, the coffee is like dishwater. It's horrible. Not standard McDonald's coffee. They must be switching it out for a cheaper brand. I tried calling them but no one picked up the phone.

I’m Really getting sick of this MCDs I’m glad I’m moving and they won’t be my local I always get old food sold to me and for a while I used to let it go cause it’s MCDs what you expect but no if someone is paying fresh food need to be giving stop trying to be cheap and selling old food I never got sick thank God but today really made me upset because I ordered a hot coffee why would you people sell me a cold coffee if you touch it you know it’s not even warm it’s cold as hell like I’ll never eat here again unless it’s free smh I wish I knew her name but the black shirt manager she’s really good the white manager with the glasses always look disgusting like she don’t wash her hands or clean her hair just look sloppy and nasty the other workers are nice except one young boy at night he’s rude I wish I knew his name as well

At drive through was told to look at menu while I waited...I told her I'm ready when you are. I was on the outside lane. When she came back 13 minutes later She took 3 cars that pulled up after me on the inside lane. I asked her why? She said very Rudely " This is not a competition on who gets to the window first" Once I got to the food window my big Mac sauce was missing. I told her about it and she said you will have to pull around again to pay for it. I have never been charged for a big Mac sauce but I told her I'll give you $1 for it but I'm not pulling around again and waiting. At this point I had already been waiting 20+ minutes. When I paid she said cash only. I clearly seen the car in front pay with a card. I paid the cash. I asked her name she said 'Angela' Probably not true but I will be calling Corporate. This is unacceptable Customer. Service. This location always has something "Not right" it's getting out of Control here. They ought to do a secret shopper here in the middle of the night. If I was able to give a 0 I would....Oh I forgot to mention my large fry was only half filled.

Drive through is quick ,food is hot, taste great.Everyone is very friendly.Their is one associate is the best.he does a fantastic job I don't:have his name,This man keeps the drive through moving ,gets your order,keeps the lines moving.

This is the worse McDonalds. Always something missing out of the drive through order. Just a bunch of people there to get a paycheck cares nothing about making sure the order is correct or the food is at least warm. Now i see why my daughter always checks her order before leaving the window. I called and spoke to a lady will said she will replace the $5 meal. She asked me my name and said that she will out it in a chat. I could tell she really didnt care.
