Ordered on the app for pickup in drive thru. Chose the 2nd drive thru lane and sat there for 15 minutes and had to just pull up to the window. Which confused them and they almost gave me the wrong order. After receiving the wrong order it was trash....fries were hard and cold, same with nuggets. I added mayo to a burger and instead of getting mayo, we got a plain burger with no onions pickles, ketchup or mustard and of course no mayo. This McDonald's hasn't been good since the early 2000's, so many other options in the area....hopefully this location closes, because it is terrible....food, service, everything

I would give no stars if I could. I ordered my breakfast 10 minutes before 11 on my app cause I knew I was gonna get there after 11. Now I'm going to work without breakfast cause they said they don't make it until I get there and hit I'm here on the app!! What a POS system! And the crew had an attitude problem on top of it. What's the purpose of a mobile order if it's not ready when I get there?

I specifically asked for extra pickles... and I heard the guy who took my order tell the person making the burgers that "the customer wants extra pickles"... but, despite that, I only got one pickle chip on each burger. Shoot, at most McD's, I at least get two pickle slices!
Parking: The red-headed guy that took my order was super friendly, and he was very polite! (And hansom!)

This is the 3rd time in a row I've not received what I ordered and paid for from the drive-thru at the Tyrone location. All the other locations around here are great, it's just this location. I'm not gonna stop Mickie-D's, but I will be skipping the Tyrone location.

Very disappointing visit with my grandkids. The servers did not speak only shows signs and pointed when asked for condiments. McFlurries was not mixed in, M&M's or Oreo's just sprinkled on top. Sundaes was half filled; I tried to speak to manager, but his attitude was not good. This place is not what it used to be. Save yourself a visit, don't eat there.

Made my coffee wrong.....told her the issue.....then the rocket scientist made it the exact same way again and then talked trash because she realized she was under qualified for mcdonalds.....she's lucky I have a life or I would have taught her some manners. Whoever owns this mcdonalds has no idea how his ignorant trash mouthed employees are ruining his bottom line.

The tyrone McDonald's has not gotten my order right the last 4 times through the window. I call and complain and they say come back in. I tell them I cannot, because I am handicapped. I have asked the staff to have the manager call. Still waiting. I would move on to another McDonald's

Went through the drive thru and the girl taking orders 11/29 around 9:15am was extremely rude and lied and said she applied my discount code but didn’t. Not sure if she was upset from multi tasking but there was no need to be nasty and not even apply the code she said she did.
Worst McDonald's ever! Placed online order and arrived with no line. Drive through speaker wasn't working so we had to go to the window where they told us to go through the drive through again despite our online order already being placed. Waited about 10 minutes extra. Fries, nuggets and burgers were cold. Seemed as if they'd been sitting out all day. Shriveled and tasteless. Couldn't eat more than 3 bites. NEVER AGAIN!

THE WORST PLACE. Unclean, unprofessional. We waited over 30 mins for our food, with two small kids, kids were so hungry , crying. The McDonald’s workers didn’t even give us our drinks ,nothing. Served everyone in the drive-through, but nobody in the dining. We had to get a refund. One of the managers had a friend come in and she was hanging out with him … not working! So crazy that McDonalds just does this to customers!!!
