I placed a order for a dbl quarter pounder. I got a single qpc. But the real kicker is that i place my order at 8:15 and the grill slip for the burger was 8:12 so it was already made before i placed my order. Honestly didn't complain cause i felt like they would done something wrost then give me someone else food. This hasn't been the first time. Also long wait times.

I'm in a wheelchair was using the restroom and the female manager come in talking about I been in there to long... I'm sorry do u moniter how long your in the restroom pinching one off with a upset stomach.... Jesus I mean come on I'm 47 not 3. I find that when people assume your a certain type of person you get labeled and it's assumed all homeless are the same but discrimination is discrimination no matter how u look at it if I looked like I had money she wouldn't have said a word to me about being in the rest room.maybe I need to discuss this with my lawyer

If you actually want to order and drive to the window, then you will see the worst stank face of your life
Even though it says deaf and hard of hearing people pull forward, and if you are deaf you can’t hear anything coming from the machine.
The previous times that I have tried to come here I didn’t even bother to try to pull up to the window and now I will never be coming back again. If this is how you treat a person who is not disabled I can’t even imagine how the staff here would react to someone who actually needs hearing assistance.

The crew tonight were ontop of it! I visited around 10:30 pm with quite a hefty order. The woman at the speaker was very friendly and kind, as were the other workers. I was pulled up, understandably due to my big order. I did not have to wait too long and when my order got to me everything was in the bags perfected stacked, neatly wrapped. Very impressed for a McDonald’s. I got back home the food was great; not a mess, hot and as fresh as fast food could be. Kudos to the crew tonight

I had a question and I couldn’t find an answer in the app and figured the kiosk was the same. I Waited 3 minutes at the counter watching employees stand in front of me waiting for food to be prepared to put in bags. One was the manager. Old Black guy, bald, grey shirt. He came over and asked if I had been helped and I said no and he said you could’ve used the kiosk as he pointed over to it. I was shocked and didn’t immediately reply. He then said you have a good day, I don’t have time for you as he turned and walked away. With his back toward me opening a new bag to fill with food that isn’t ready yet, he said I do apologize I don’t have time for you.
I guess patience and kindness isn’t in his job description.

We were there yesterday morning. We literally sat in the drive thru line for over 20 minutes (about six cars ahead of me, and during that 20 minutes it only moved by two cars). I finally had to open my car door and ask the car behind me to pull backwards so that I could get out of the line. It was ridiculous. Pulled around front, where there were other cars waiting for their orders that had already been placed. My husband went inside, and he said the line inside line was just as long as the one outside. I'll never go back to that McDonald's again.

I spent $46 on breakfast meals for my shop. It took 3 people over the loudspeaker to address me, I waited 20 minutes for the food, and when the food arrived, the order was wrong.
I got 2 sandwiches with bacon that were not ordered and 3 of the meals were missing hashbrowns.
They upcharge $1.90 to sub a drink with orange juice. They charged me an extra $0.99 to remove egg from a sandwich.
Talk about ridiculous. No wonder Chic Fil A is on top of the game.

Terrible do not go to this location it took the employee 20 minutes to make my food and it was wrong,items were missing ,they overcharged on the food and the food i ordered wasnt even made right. There was 3 different employees asking me to comfirm my order only for them to still mess it up this is the worst experience i have ever had with McDonald’s 0 stars i do not recommend going here as i myself will never be returning to this location

Went through drive through told to pull into spot waited 30 mins went in to ask about food our food is sitting in the hot well and the kitchen staff is chatting and flipping their stations while the customers food just sat flipping your station is important but you do that after the completed orders have made it to the waiting customer the food was good but better priority management would benefit this place
