Other options in my area are numerous, but they all are showing evidence of the economic conditions affecting quality labor scarcity these days. Was at this location to pick up my food order through the app the lady at the counter was rude and disrepuctful mumbling about how they were slammed(worked in a public place choose ur job not me)I had to reorder my food and wait for 30 minutes got my food and was missing 3out of my 5 drinks didn't even get all of my large fries not recommend this place to my friends or family not even to a random stranger on the street. WASTE OF TIME AMD MONEY

I have never been so touched in my whole life. It was a Thursday afternoon and my paycheck wasn't posting until midnight so I no money and only had points from my app so I could only get one sandwich at a time for my three kids for them to be able to eat. I told the worker I would be coming through the drive-thru 3 times due to this. On my second trip through the drive-thru, they asked me to pull up and they would bring my sandwich right out. They not only brought me the sandwich, but they also gave me 6 coupons for free Happy Meals. I went back through and used 3 of them, and they told me just to keep the cards for next time, and they also gave me a Sprite and a sandwich for myself. What an absolute blessing. We will use this McDonald's from now on going forward. I have never had such great customer service! ❤️

Slow drive thru. But friendly staff inside. Clean atmosphere. And love the remodel inside! Drive thru keeps getting worse maybe remodeling is not where you need to focus on being better. I have sat in that line for 30mins before so if I ever see any type of line I leave. Hire more people maybe that might help speed things up!Update:Drive thru speed is better!2024:Things have gotten a lot better. There was one team member in the morning that had great excitement in their voice and made a great start to the day.Glad to see this location is getting some 24hr days back. I hope it gets back to everyday.
I have went this this McDonald's about 3 times and every time i went in the drive thu well last time i was there a worker cused me out in drive thu speaker and when i finely did get up to the 2nd window they had me wait 8 minutes for my food to be ready and when i did get the food it was nasty and coldI suggest do not go to this McDonald's

Had a mobile order counter pickup, the app said it was ready, but waited at the counter another 15/20 minutes bc the staff were all confused-i think they mark orders as completed (before completing) to keep their serving time stats at an acceptable level. But once they do this, the order is no longer visible on their screen.. which leads to mass confusion & chaos. A couple of people from drive through came inside due to missing/wrong items. The staff was very nice though- they mean well

The employees are rude and lazy. They messed up our order(a simple happy meal) and literally yelled at us through the drive through window because they didn’t notice on the order that we paid via the app. Very disrespectful people. We won’t go back.
