If I could give zero stars, I would. We waited outside for 20 minutes, expecting them to open at 6 AM, but the doors remained locked. When we knocked and asked if we could come in, we were told they were short-staffed and couldn’t serve us — yet they continued serving customers in the nearly empty drive-thru. There were at least 10 employees inside, some standing around on their phones. The staff member we spoke to was rude, saying she’d check with the manager about letting us in, but she never came back. It was a complete waste of time.

Wow, this just became my go-to Mickey D's! I pulled up with 2 min on the clock and breakfast sandwiches on my mind but as I'm clicking on the app deal it turned 1030am and said the deal was no longer available and this is usually where the person says it's no longer breakfast and literally ruins the rest of my day but instead they said to pull around and asked what I wanted. Not only did they still honor the deal, they gave me that sandwich free and made the entire breakfast order fresh!!! It doesn't seem like much but if you've ever been in this situation, it's the little things that put it over the top and they earned this review. Thank You 4th St McD's crew for making my day!!! Ba Da Ba Ba Bah...

got 2 hash browns a egg mcmuffin and 2 drinks fr took them 25 minutes to bring it over to us, then said nothing about the wait time. (it wasn’t even busy either maybe 3-5 other groups in there already eating)

Put in a late night mobile order at 3:25 AM, get to the restaurant and was told they are closing for 30 minutes to start breakfast and they can't fulfill my order. Refund for cancelled meals takes 5 business days. Awesome.

This is the second worst McD's I have been in. I ordered food to go. A woman who had one a management shirt brought me a bag, I got to check it and she says it's all there. I got home and I am missing a burger. I called there and a woman who said she was the manager answered. I told her what happened she said "sorry ". Not come get your burger or anything else. I will stay away from the ones in this area of Florida. Whoever owns the franchise in this area doesn't care about their stores. They also own the worse one I have ever been to on 62nd. When you order a fish filet there the cheese is usually stuck to the inside top of the box or on the side and not even on the sandwich. I used to work for a company that did work for McD's and out of the hundreds I have been in, I have never seen anything like the ones around my house.

Made an online order ahead of time app said they’re 24 hours. Google said they’re 24 hours. DoorDash said they’re 24 hours, but apparently they are not wouldn’t offer me any explanation as to refund my money for my order. Talked over me when I explained to her that I did not order breakfast items for the morning after, nor did I want to wait for items at 5 AM when her computer comes back up. Still would not give me any explanation regarding a refund and then refused to speak to me because I told her that she was not going to talk over me. Clearly very underprepared for the job at hand and also unprofessional to boot.

The past 3 times over visited this location it took a very long time to get the food, there were items missing and worst of all my husband but into a RAW hamburger. We were already home when we realized and when I alerted the company nobody ever called me or resolved the issue. Do jot recommend this location.

I really don’t complain much.

Pull up for a mobile order they give us the wrong food we tell them. Then she’s confused as has no idea what we mean - then she asks me if MY drinks look familiar? What do you mean like do you have no idea what my order is?

They forget my sprite. I ask her three times for it.

Then they park me.

I knew to check the bag I didn’t - get home and they forgot half my food.
