went to this location and the employee at the window gave the wrong change, circled back around and talked with rude manager who refused to give us the correct change. everyone there don’t know how to act right and act plain stupid.

Where do I start once again? Another horrible experience at a McDonald’s here in St. Petersburg Florida. The dayshift is awesome. Always pushing out hot fresh food. The night shift is horrible. The manager on duty. He’s also awful. Pulled up to order a double cheeseburger. Cook fresh to order and I guess it was a problem For them to fire the grill back up and make a fresh sandwich the attitude with the drive threw staff was horrible as well so when I left I called back for the corporate phone number and was hung up on twice so I have to put my complaint on the next morning.

I do food delivery, came in for an order. Tried getting their attention multiple times. On top of being ignored I watched this guy back there in a vest go to the fries and started eating them right out of the area where they bag everyone's fries. Seen my food on the shelf and after 5 minutes of trying to communicate to them I just grabbed it. That's when I finally got attention and I hear what must have been the manager say "can we keep an eye on the front this guy just walked back here". I'm disappointed at the lack of service and disgusted by the fact that nobody said anything about the guy digging his hands in the fries and eating them
