I had a taste for chicharrones, and theirs were just what I was looking for. Their chicharrones are the best in the county. They are nice and crunchy without being dry or tough. Fatty and unctious without being greasy. Savory without being salty. They may call their chicharrones an appetizer, but for me they're lunch.
So here's the deal, the food was actually good, definitely still some room for improvement, like the egg on my steak was over cooked, the bowl of beans I was given was mostly liquid. But the flavors were good and management was kind. My issue with this place is the servers, we sat forever to get drink orders in, the food took way to long to come out, our server didn't come by after to see how we were doing, ask us if we want more drinks etc.

They have a variety of Spanish Authentic Colombian food. My favorite are the breakfast bunuelos and their beef stew which have a variety of hearty and healthy vegetables with lots of flavor. It is served with a nice portion of rice and sweet plantains. ❤️
