Food is great but quality of service for takeout/delivery is a no starter. In March of this year and again last night at the St. Petersburg location food items are omitted without customer's knowledge, yet full price has been paid for a partial meal.
Of course, when you call you get the standard "we can't give a refund cuz it was delivered by a 3rd party". Even though the bag was sealed by Outback and the attached receipt falsely listed all items ordered were enclosed. No...read full review
Everything was good we had a great time .
Just leaving Outback Steakhouse. Haven’t been here in a while. Will not come back!! Terrible dinner place choice. The quality has gone so far down it is actually surprising. The service was not good as well.
I was in the food service industry for a long time, opened many Outback locations along with other restaurants affiliated with them, I get it. But when you have a basically empty restaurant you’d think things would be hot and tasty when it comes to your table....read full review
