Odd dirty rag odor near the booths, which I managed to ignore after a while. Waitress was thorough, & friendly with an edgy, diner-style casualness. Timely arrival of the food. Steaks were cooked nicely, salad was crisp, baked potato was fine, but not these veggies: broccoli although tasted ok was aged & losing green color, baked sweet potato was too mushy from overcooking or re-heating. The $10 to go deal with dining-in meal was tasty, but a tad skimpy & poorly packaged. One container of sauce spilled & the offered replacement also did not have the lid fully attached. Meh. Just average food, not bad, but I expected better.

Made reservations for 5pm on February 15,2025. Upon arriving found a handicapped space. Problem was the front entrance was on the other side of building. No handicap entrance. Quickly seated but way at the back on the other side of restaurant, To much walking. Waitress (Deja M) was quickly there. She made suggestions. We ordered. Drinks arrived with the bread. Then shrimp, Cesar salad. A long wait for main course. It was good. Deja M was very attentive and brought extra water without our asking.

We were a group of 18 and every week we go to a different place and often come back to the good ones. The waiter was absolutely great. The food was terrible like I’ve never seen before. I’m not sure if it’s because we were a large group, but it was just absolutely terrible. We are now 18 unsatisfied customers!!!

I keep giving Outback a chance but it's a let down everytime. The brand is not what it used to be and the quality of food at least at this location is sub par. I would stick with the other company brands like BoneFish or Carrabas as the quality and consistency is superior. On this trip I got the steak and shrimp pasta and would rate 0/10 steak was dry (Pollo Tropical had better steak that this dish) and looked like they put it on a flat top and threw a press on it and had nonflavor. The pasta was super dry with hardly any sauce but what sauce there was tasted like grocery store jar sauce. My daughter's mac and cheese was more of the same and looked like orange pasta because the sauce was missing and dry as well. Of note my wife had the combo steak and Alice springs and said it was good. However dropping a hundred bucks on this visit was a waste of money. Photos included below.

My partner and I had an exceptional experience at this Outback tonight. We visit this location often, and the food and service are always great, but tonight was truly outstanding. Our waitress, Jasmine, was absolutely phenomenal—one of the friendliest and most attentive servers we’ve ever had. She was incredibly quick and checked in just the right amount, ensuring we had everything we needed without interrupting our date night.
What really stood out was her deep understanding of the Outback experience. She was knowledgeable not just about the menu and food offerings but also about the brand and rewards system, making helpful suggestions without being pushy. She seamlessly recommended add-ons, appetizers and desserts in a way that felt natural and genuinely thoughtful. On top of that, the food was cooked to perfection. We couldn’t have asked for a better dining experience!
