I ordered a rapid pickup from Panera for lunch for a friend and myself. We come to Panera often and usually have a great experience, so this was pretty disappointing.
Both of the paper bags our order was packed in were extremely thin and ended up ripping as soon as I got out of the car. My bag completely broke and my chicken noodle soup, baguette, and sandwich all fell onto the driveway. The soup spilled everywhere, and unfortunately I wasn’t able to eat the soup or the bread at all. I was literally picking noodles up from under my tire trying to clean up what I could.
My friend’s bag also ripped, although thankfully none of her food was ruined. It was just frustrating because the issue could have easily been avoided with sturdier bags, especially when carrying soup.
We really enjoy Panera and come fairly often, which is why this was so disappointing. I just wanted to share the experience and hope the packaging situation can be improved so this doesn’t happen to other customers.
Jas helped me big time, super nice and helpful. I enjoyed the atmosphere and it was a large location so I didn’t feel cramped

I ordered online. Got a text saying my order was ready. Went in and got my bag and headed to the car. Thought the bag felt light so I checked it, my sandwich was missing. Even though there was a checkmark next to everything stating it was all in there. Went back in to get my sandwich, which still had to be prepared. Finally got my sandwich and headed home. Opened my wrapper and the bread for my sandwich was burnt. Took a few bites of the soup and felt it just didnt taste right. Less than a half hour of finishing, I was in the bathroom throwing up. Pretty sure the soup was bad. Thank goodness I only took a few bites. I will NEVER be back to this Panera.

Went to this Panera‘s for the first time in a long time. We were amazed that we had to enter our order on a board like you were checking into a doctors office. Had to enter your order on a board. We only got coffee in a couple donuts when our order was ready, we were told that the coffee cups were way down at the other end of the store and the food pick up. Walked down to the other end of the store to get our cups for a coffee. went to get the coffee and they were out of hazelnut and the coffee they had was lukewarm. I don’t know what happened to this place, but I’m not entering my food order into a board and then waiting for a coffee cup at the other end of the store. we will not be back

Food was good, however if you want cream cheese on your bagel then it's on you. They simply give a tiny tub of it for almost 2 bucks. Not too practical if you are on the go. Every other place serving bagels puts the cream cheese on for you, usually generously. I could easily make the bagel and cream cheese at home for a fraction of this cost. Which is essentially what i am doing.
I know it's been years, but I need the cobblestone to return.

As others have noted they are stingy and cheat you on meat. I've ordered double chicken 3-4 times now and I have not received it. I probably still get less than a normal portion of chicken at other locations. But they still charge full price for it. No other Panera I've been to has this issue.

Used to be a great place to enjoy quiet lunch- now letting pets into the dining area ( not service dogs either). That’s what the outside area is for. Guest manager just said it’s not her location and doesn’t know the rules here. BS! The same rules apply everywhere! True service dogs are allowed, not emotional support or regular pets as seen today. And yes managers you are allowed to ask for proof .

Worst Panera in Pinellas county. Orders are never even started at the time they say they're done and customer service here is slow and terrible

I love to meet friends here . It is a great place to be social. Their espresso is rich and not bitter. I love their baked goods . They have healthy food options . I like that I can get a sliced Apple with my soup instead of bread when I'm going in the opposite direction of gluten. The servers are friendly. They run a clean operation here . I really love this location . They also have a cute courtyard outside to dine .

This was my dipper sandwich. Had to ask for more meat. Ridiculous! Long wait. Staff was extremely rude. We'll not be back.

ZYE was busy replenishing items and stopped to take my order. Love the great autumn squash soup, usually a fall seasonal favorite but still here in mid January. I ask for double pumpkin seeds and sub apple for the baguette
Great ice tea refills here with a few versions, unsweet tea, lightly sweetened green. There are three tea versions behind the order counter.
Accessible restroom with grab bars.
Accessible van parking in free lot off street, curb cuts.
Indoor tables and booths and outdoor tables in closed courtyard with umbrellas. All accessible
Parking: Accessible with van access
Kid-friendliness: Kids menu. High chairs. Diaper changer
Wheelchair accessibility: Venue is accessible inside and indoor and out door tables

I come to this Panera weekly and almost every time I order a large latte they seem confused and tell me they only come in 16oz. However, the sizing for the same drink at the same location comes in both 16oz and 20oz on Uber eats. There is one lovely worker that knows me now that I’m always correcting my order and they get it right but if anyone else is there then my drink order is never the correct size. Usually they offer to fix it but today I told them that my receipt had the wrong size and the person at the register said it’d be made correctly. Someone else made my latte and it was a small and when I told them that I mentioned it was the wrong size to the other worker before it was made they said “sorry they didn’t tell me” and never offered to fix it. I never leave negative reviews but it’s getting to be very frustrating that the workers don’t know their own sizing to the point that they tell me they only make lattes in one size but if you order online there are two options for sizes. I’ve been coming to this Panera for 2 years because I live right next to it and this has been a constant issue.
