This is one of my favorite spots to visit. The food here is always excellent, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the facility is always clean and orderly. Definitely would recommend 10/10.

I live right next to this Panera and drive all the way to Tyrone or Pinellas for my SIPS club. The staff here are zombies and they just stack cups and stare at you as you uncomfortably wait for someone to ask if you’re ready. Because don’t ask them! They will glare at you and tell you they’re busy. The drinks are always empty not even hot water and never unsweet tea: they are always out of stuff like they never have avocado and they never toast the bread. Parking sucks too! You have to drive down this tiny alley???? Worst location ever!

2nd time ordering on Uber Eats where I paid and extra $4 for a whole sandwich but only receive a half. The kitchen ticket attached to the bag even says the correct order so apparently they just don’t read the tickets.

Everytime I visit here the food is more expensive and service is worse. I waited 20 minutes for them to toast a bagel. When I picked it up it was cold. and no one at the counter to address. I’m done with Paneras.

this place is not very accessible to pedestrians. they keep the door on 4th st locked so you have to walk down a dirty alley that doesn't have much room if a car is passing and always has dirty puddles and garbage. i've stopped going because its hard to walk in.

The dr.peper does not taste right for weeks now. The service at this location has also declined significantly. They also never have my rapid order ready when they say it will be ready.

I am on Keto and there were NO low carb options. Even the salads are not low carb. I came at the end of breakfast but they were no longer offering breakfast. I guess you could say it was my mistake for choosing to go to a place with bread in the name when l cannot have bread.

The Paneras on 4th street and 19th Avenue has a turnover in staff almost every week. They aren’t trained and cannot make cappuccino or lattes correctly. They haven’t had decaf espresso beans for over three weeks. I watched the staff slice a bagel (their slicing machine was broken) and the ‘barrister’ (I use this term loosely) butchered the bagel—but still wrapped it up for the customer. It took them over 8 minutes to make my iced latte and had to call someone to the front to operate the coffee grinder. My advice is to get a new manager to train these employees how to make coffee before they wait on precious customers that can choose to go to many other coffee shops and be able to enjoy a $5+ latte that’s made correctly and enjoyable. After frequenting this location every Saturday for years, I’ve had it! I will not spend any more time or money there.
