Every time I get a breakfast sandwich from here the bread is burnt. If you wanna pay for burnt bread then come to this location. It happens every time!

No dark corners for private conversation. Too bright. SERVICE: Amazing- I asked for a French Dip Sandwich which was no longer on the menu. They made me one with onion soup!! Terrific!
Hot chocolate was lousy No whip cream. Tastes like came from powdered. Said signature hot chocolate and showed whipped cream. Really lousy and expensive

This is the most disgusting Panera I have ever seen. Most of the tables were dirty and the floors were not clean either. There was no paper towels in the restroom! And by the way, Caesar salad is supposed to be made with romaine lettuce NOT ICEBERG There also is an obviously disturbed man in the dining room.

Its insane to order a full size salad (to go) and give two 1 ounce portions of dressing and those 2 portions still do not even equal one ounce. Its really annoying. Salad itself is good but for the price you would think they could spare a little dressing.
