Placed an order at 10:10pm on 12/6/24. Was told it would arrive in 45 minutes. Watched the driver go past the delivery location 30 minutes after I made the order. Continued watching the delivery driver go 20 miles away, into a completely different deliver zone. I gave the store a call at 10:55pm to inform them, and they placed a new order. I never received any notification (i.e., email, texts, etc.) that a re-order was even made, but decide to wait a bit. 11:33pm rolls around, so I call the store again. I'm told the driver left the building with my re-order shortly before I called. I don't receive any notification of the delivery status, and continue to wait. It's now 12:04am...on 12/7/24. No food arrived, I called the store, and was told they can't track the driver's status. I placed a simple delivery order, waited an hour for first order only for it to never arrive, then waited another hour for a re-order, which also never arrived. Most other stores are closed now, so I won't be able to order any food for the night, and waited over 2 hours for nothing. I never received a refund either despite being told that I would.

Y'all changed something in the Original crust recipe, I was craving your old Skool fluffy floury dough, this was more like dominos or little Caesars crust never again. I'll just have to go back to Italian sourdough like 4th street pizza so disappointed. Ordered the 8$ medium one topping maybe that's why

Stuffed crust cheese pizza was not acceptable..not much flavor, cost $32. Ate one piece and threw it in the trash. Never again!
