Papa John’s was courteous on time. They did not honor my 50% off card when my husband presented it in person. However, when I called back and explained I had questions and asked instead of online, whether I could give them my order over the telephone, the call center said yes, they refunded 50% of a four pizza order.

The one star is for the pizza oven. It undercooks the pizza and doesn’t taste good. We live near by and order from the Pasadena PJ even though this one is across the street. The staff is super friendly and great. This location just has to fix its oven.

Been using Papa John delivery for some time now, let me rephrase that, THEIR delivery people.
It's the first time I ordered that I had to suffer the idiocy of DoorDash being the delivery service. Waste of time, waste of money. If you can't speak the language effectively, clearly you're not going to be able to read a map!!
Worst experience dealing with Papa John's!! Pizza was about cold after 56 minutes waiting for it and him driving around for who knows how long with the pizza sitting in his front seat not even in a warm bag!!!
I guess I'll just order and pick it up myself and save the delivery charge and tip since it's not worth the aggravation of waiting for someone driving around my neighborhood that hasn't a clue where they are!
Hey Papa John's... Dump door dash and go back to using your own delivery drivers! I think I'm taking a break from Papa John's for now. Guess I'll see what Domino's has to offer....

Our pizza did not.make it. Been waiting for almost an hour. Then they said they will refund. We just moved and hungry. But no pizza. What a waste of time.
Gotta give these guys credit- we order pickup here a lot and they’re always on the ball! Quick service and the order is always right.

I think this location has significantly gotten better since the newer store manager took over. I know it’s been awhile since the manager took over however, the customer service has increased in my opinion.

The “manager” on April 1 at 5:20PM was incredibly rude on the phone. I placed an order online, it gave me an alert 3 different times that the order cannot be placed, but all my info was input correctly, zip, card number everything so I was like ok I’m just going to pay at the store, but checked my account just in case. I was charged 3 times! So I call and he was so condescending and rude. I ask why would the website do that, is it a glitch? He says it’s because your card was declined maybe wrong number, zip or not enough money, it’s what the system does. I said my card had money and is unlocked, I was charged 3 times. So clearly I did not put the info in wrong, bc I was charged 3 times. All I’m trying to do is clearly understand the problem, why it happened and when I would get my money back. He says 3-5 days, why would they charge me 3 times and then I have to wait for my money. I am close to broke and needed that $41.70 (13.90 x 3) and on a strict budget, this is what is for dinner to feed my little girl. They took almost everything I had left and now have to wait a week to get it back! Why did this happen, I obviously placed my info correctly bc it was CHARGED 3 times. He said there wasn’t an order in the system, but this is the issue; not getting my money refund right back, worrying what other proof would I have if I didn’t get the 3 refunds and mainly, when it will come back, and me *politely* trying to understand and his miserable nasty condescending tone towards me. I understand he is working and has orders but part of this job, a big part is customer service. I need some kind of compensation for this inconvenience. Not happy at all. I totally understand this happen, I called very polite and understanding but from the beginning he was just utterly RUDE. I even tried to close the call “ok well I’m going to let you get back to your orders thank you for your time” and he just hangs up. Typically i don’t tolerate disrespect and would have said something but I didn’t bother. I did mention to him why does he have to be so rude about it. I’m just trying to understand and he was rude about that too.

I called in and made an order for carry out. I ordered a cheese, pepperoni and beef pizza. Once I got home I didn’t have a cheese pizza but a sausage pizza. When I called to tell them I received the wrong pizza they told me there was nothing they could do about it. I didn’t get what I PAID for. Horrible customer service.

I order from here when I want pizza, delivery has always been excellent - after i ordered I was surprised to see i was being forwarded to uber eats.
i repeatedly received updates that the driver was on his way to pick up my order and that never happened until 30 minutes later, pizza looked like it was sitting out over night, just terrible looking and I blame papajohns, they should never have pizza leave their store looking the way it did.

I got a pizza delivery and thought something was wrong with my pizza because the toppings were below the cheese so I was confused and thought it was just a cheese pizza. 😊
I called the manager and he told me what happened and apologized. The pizza was very good. Thank you.

Placed an online order for delivery and accidentally put the payment method as cash. Called the store to ask if I could change it to a card and be charged over the phone where I was rudely told after a loud sigh “I have about 200 pizzas to make and only 4 “insiders” so it’ll be like a 2 and a half hour wait but yeah go ahead.” I literally replied “I’m sorry, what?” only to be told the same nonsense to which I simply replied “Well since it seems you’re encouraging me to cancel my order let’s go ahead and do that as I don’t want to overwhelm you.” Then was hung up on. Called back to speak to the manager which was the same rude fellow, Daniel, lol. What an experience!
