The store look close from 66 street but don’t be fooled! Service was good when I walked in for a pick up order but I have ordered delivery before and it was hotter than the pick up. Garlic sauce was busted when I got home but, I would recommend 97% over other fast food pizza places.

Each time we order from papa John’s, it’s a huge disappointment. I’m not surprised by the 3.9 star rating. I’ll add a picture of our “delicious” chicken parm bites, which were so ridiculous looking compared to the picture in the app, my fiancé and I both laughed when we saw them. The 1/4 inch piece of chicken in each bite, and barely any cheese was just, well, I don’t even know. I accidentally ordered boneless garlic parm wings, thinking they were bone in, but those too were like chicken nuggets from a middle school cafeteria. The pizza was luke warm because the driver had a delivery before us, which is just bad news when it comes to food delivery. All in all, once AGAIN, just not good. All the food was so underwhelming, I forgot to try the cheesy bread that came. Maybe that was good? ? this food cost us $60, we could have gone to a restaurant for that price and been happy. The only thing we were satisfied with was the free delivery, thank goodness for that or it would have been close to $70. We ordered a pizza, 6 cheese bread, chicken parm bites and boneless wings.

Pizza was disgusting!! The crust was soggy and the pizza had a funny taste. We even tried to put it in the oven and it was still bad. Threw a large pizza away!! Will never come back to this one again!!

Service, great. Atmosphere, like any other “to go” pizza place. Food… man this is super opinionated, as someone that has grown up in and around Chicago, Papa John’s there doesn’t compare to Papa John’s here. I’ve also worked for one in Chicago, the crust there to the crust here is a huge difference, soggy here, yet crispy and sturdy there. Maybe it’s because the standards for pizza here in Florida are different than that of Chicago, but that’s not what I’d expect from a name brand pizza place.

Payed 25 Dollars for a cold pizza, I had my brother pick up my pizza for me and the door was locked for some reason and when he knocked instead of the employees walking up to the door and asking him why he was there they stood inside and laughed at him while staring at him until I finally called them and told them I payed for a pick up and by the time they finally opened the door the pizza was cold and all the employee said when he opened the door was "my bad bro"
