Went in super early and I think there was maybe two other people in here. Had a drink just to check the place out and it was good. Cool ambiance. Bartender was very friendly. Small place but cool.
Love this dive! One of the few classics left in St.Petersburg. Bartenders know their stuff! And Willy at the door is a true homegrown pleasure!

So I was leaving the Julian Marley concert and came into pelican. At this point all I wanted was a water because I felt super overheated. As I'm trying to get the bartenders attention this random security chick comes up with a bottle of water and a cup of water as well and tells me to keep the water bottle on the back of my neck.I appreciate you random security chick. You're a lifesaver
