Pizza Box in the heart of St. Petersburg is a fantastic spot with a truly authentic and relaxed vibe. The real wood-burning pizza oven adds a rustic charm and delivers that perfect smoky flavor to the pizzas. The staff are incredibly friendly, and the menu offers a great selection of pizzas made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. While it’s a little on the pricey side, the reputation, freshness, and authenticity make it absolutely worth it. Highly recommend for a casual yet memorable dining experience!

I would call this like upscale modern style pizza maybe? Whatever you classify it is, man is it tasty! I love how much care and love goes in the everything here and you can feel it when you walk in the dooor. The ingredients, the way they put together each item on the menu, the way the chefs take care of their cooking space, they make pizza a craft here. I’ve tried the lover boy and the st Michael supreme, the lover boy is my favorite probably. Highly highly recommend. It seems a bit pricey but totally worth the extra couple $ for the quality and love they put into every detail!

Ordered a Margherita 10” I’ve never felt so light eating pizza in the U.S. This is one of my new favorite places in the area. The pizza was still chewy and delicious like I prefer it. Great job guys!

We tried Pizza Box for the first time - small place with limited seating so we sat outside at the extra large picnic tables. Servers were prompt and nice. Found it a bit odd they didn’t have glassware only plastic cups.
Tried the seasonal salad, the Easy E, and a supreme pizza. The salad was good and we loved the marinara with the breadsticks (Easy E). The pizza was pretty good, I think I’d prefer a different kind next time.

Delicious pizza and great, friendly owners!! Even the dessert pizza was good! Love sitting next to where they make the pizza so you can watch the magic happen. There are a couple picnic tables on the sidewalk for outdoor dining too.

Best pizza I've had in ages. With their brick oven (is that the correct term?) they achieve the perfect crust -- crispy from the outer edges all the way into the middle. My Supreme pizza had lots of ingredients -- all delicious -- diced and piled on. If that crust had not been fully cooked to the center, all the toppings would have slid off as soon as I tried to pick up a slice and they didn't! I thoroughly enjoyed the pizza and the easy-going atmosphere. Can't wait to go back next time I'm in St. Pete.

This was by far some of the best pizza I've ever had! The ingredients were so fresh, and the pizza had a wonderul smoky flavor from the wood fire oven. The owners were very nice and provided excellent service. I just wish I lived a little closer so this could be my go-to pizza place!!
