The pizza was great. The staff was great. It would have been five stars if they cleaned their ovens more often. The burnt flour on the bottom of the pizza has a bitter taste and gave a foul smell to the entire restaurant. It is some of the best pizza in town. They just need to stay on top of that oven.

As a pizza foodie.... This place SLAPSSSS!!!! SO GOOD!!! The honey boo boo is delish! And the Easy E is bread sticks on fire! This place has had a real brick oven and the food is amazing 🤩 definitely worth checking out!

I really appreciate their inventive toppings like chunky pepperoni and that they also cater to vegans. The staff is always upbeat and welcoming, and the artistic, laid-back atmosphere makes dining here a pleasure. The space is small and can fill up quickly during busy times, so it’s smart to arrive early or plan for a short wait. If you love pizza or just want a great meal in St. Petersburg, Pizza Box is a must-try. Highly recommended!

Sub vegan cheese and that's abut it. Pic is supreme, no meat, sub vegan. Server gave me garlic pepper shaker with it and suggested the pizza might need flavor. Hip place and friendly staff otherwise.

I’m one of those snowbirds from NYC that moved to the burg after Covid; I’ve had my share of good pizzas before. However, very soldem do I have a pizza this good. I got the lover boy cause this was a pre workout/beginning of Labor Day weekend meal and I needed protein and fiber along with the fermented pizza dough; and the undercarriage is so soft you barely even notice it (in a great way); but once you get to the crust it’s extremely soft yet SUPER crispy and crunchy. The pizza has to be done PERFECTLY in order to achieve that kind of texture. The sauce is savory (thank god) and every ingredient either contributed or contrasted another topping perfectly. Get here NOW, it’s great.
