There's a fat brunette who has very bad manners when you claim her for your service, another tall guy works in slow motion. 53 minutes waiting 1 pizza. This pizzeria is a disaster compared to others here in St. Petersburg.

I am a DoorDash worker and every time I come to this Pizza Hut the person who works the night shift mistreats the delivery people. I simply ask for a little respect and kindness. I only look for the food and I am not in charge of paying for it. The next time I am mistreated I will make a video and upload it to social media.

I ordered on Uber eats and Uber eats did not deliver my complete order but the manager to this pizza hut location took the time to help me make a complaint to Uber and get my issue addressed.She is proof there are still kind people out there.i am thankful to have delt with her instead of some one else.she Really made my day.thank you so much.and keep being as great of a person as you already are.

if some of the people have been stealing your customers orders , you can not look at every one with the same mentality , it is better if you upgrade your customer service to not bag to third party delivery app to take care from your bad service. AND that lady was who MR Will is to personal to her , it is better if you Deliver your to personal persons order by your self , and you are so rude.

The staff sucks. I ordered online for curb side pickup but eventually ended up going inside to pick it up myself. A majority of them were just standing around smoking (not sure if they’re on or off the clock). I ordered hot honey buffalo wings and got BBQ wings. Very disappointed.

Ordered but never got my food. It kept saying order was ready. But goes to pick it up they were out of pizza dough and wings.
I placed my order online, but when my daughter gets to restaurant to pick up order she was told they never received an order even though I had email confirmation. Not once did they contact me to inquire about order since there was an issue, keep in mind I has paid for food when I placed order. So don't waste your money with this franchise, or you may go hungry!

I walked into the Pizza Hut on 34th St. to get some pizza for my toddler. My toddler was waiting in the car so I thought I could run in really quickly order the pizza and then get back into my car and wait for it. However, that was not the case. I walk in and say hello to try to gain someone’s attention that I’m ready to order food and I was told to hold on with the cashiers finger up in the air. This was an older female attendant and she had never even looked at me to see who I was. I then proceeded to wait another five minutes and then I walked out of the establishment. The customer service was horrific, if someone walks into your establishment, you should pay attention to who is there and take their order.
