Starting eating my pizza only to see a long brown hair COOKED into the pizza. After carrying out my pizza and having to drive back to Pizza Hut after being on hold for 5 plus minutes was only offered for the pizza to be remade OR a refund but definitely not both. What a freaking joke they are after I’ve literally been coming to this location for years. Such an unfortunate disappointment

Manager Jack is extremely rude and condescending. After placing a carryout order for car-side, I arrived within the window of time provided and followed instructions on the window for check in.
