First off, my cousin and I found a long hair in our tater tots. It was extremely disgusting and when my cousin tried to pull it out, she realized it was IN the tater tot. Not on top. Second, my cousin and I came in on a Tuesday and ordered the $5 margaritas. We were charged $6 and the waitress Maranda told us that what we got was the fruit margarita with the house tequila. The $5 margaritas were TOP shelf. So you mean to tell me we got charged a higher price for a lower grade of liquor?? Also who is ordering a $6 margarita when they’re FIVE dollars on Tuesdays?? I told her it was fine because it was an honest mistake but instead of trying to change it for us and resolve the issue, she ran off with our cards and charged us for $6 anyway after we had just dealt with the hair in our food. DEFINITELY won’t be coming back. I’m thoroughly disappointed.

I’m so disappointed about their service. I did a catering order . They said they will be ready by 3.45 pm . I got their to pick up 4.15 pm , until I get there looks they don’t know about our order. Then they started to cook . They just acted like nothing going on . No apologized, no say sorry . Waited an hour to pick the Oder . There were 20 people waiting for their food. .so disappointed about the service and the caring of customers. So sad..! ?

Needs upgrades, had a old smell to it. The meal I ordered was a lunch special which was a classic chicken sandwich with fries. I enjoyed it, nice and tender. Great for families because they also offer a salad bar. Haven't been there in a while so I expected that renovation had taken place since Tyrone Mall has been adding new stores and new look. But Ruby Tuesday still remains the same since first opened.

The manager was friendly, and the food was average. More significantly, we were served by an ill-mannered waitress, a dark haired woman in her thirties, with glasses with a short fuse. By contrast, we were attended to by the most pleasant, extremely nice, calm, placid waittress at another restaurant, not a Ruby Tuesday, who managed to extinguish our unexpected unpleasant experience at the Ruby Tuesday at the Tyrone Mall in St. Petersburg .

Have been eating here with a friend for years. Food and service not that great last couple of visits. Thought we would try today since other errands to run at Tyrone mall. We ordered the chicken quesadillas. Probably the worst I have ever had. Dry. No substance, no salsa did not even have any in restaurant. Also ordered tortilla chips. No salsa Seriously? A man visited our table. He did not introduce himself and said, " yeah you believe that no salsa". ?? Won't be back.

If your looking bbn for a spicy bloody Mary with all the fixings, this is not the place. It's a horrible mix, with no seasonings on the rim, no olives nor celery. Basically the appearance looked how it tasted. There was no croutons at the salad bar. They are famous for those delicious little cubes of yum. But had none prepared today. We also asked for fries with our Togo order and to our surprise, we got fries instead.

I had not been to Ruby Tuesday in years and my friend wanted to take advantage of their $5 Salad bar on Tuesdays. I was happy to get back to one of my favorite easy american dining restaurants. We stopped in on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving and I was disappointed with everything- the biggest disappointments were with some menu changes, combing those with the other issues, ended up with the 1 star rating. Ruby Tuesday has removed its veggie burger option from the menu. It use to have one of the best in a chain restaurant. In a time where more people are adding veggie burgers to menus - even at fast food drive throughs- it is disappointing that Ruby Tuesday has gone the other way. On top of that, there weren't any veg dishes as main courses. Things that could be adapted- which I am not above- but none sounded good. We ordered the spinach dip which was okay. I asked if the broccoli and cheese soup was vegetarian. Our waitress looked up to her right for a moment then said 'of course- no meat'. I looked at her questioningly, and mentioned that 'sometimes they use a chicken broth for that soup'. She didn't realize that and would get back to me. She did not. The salad bar was out of items and messy. I received the wrong drink. Overall, and for a lot of reasons, this was a disappointing experience and I likely won't be back.

Ruby Tuesday’s has great food and gives quality service. You can’t go wrong with the personal service you get from the bartender Stacy to the managers. The managers treat you like you are the most important person around. Tonight’s manager was Gave who made us feel special and made sure everything came out just the way we like it (and we’re pretty picky).
On my birthday, my husband and I ate at Ruby Tuesday's in Tyrone Mall; and it was a relaxing, laid back experience with a warm atmosphere. The food was deliciously prepared, and bountiful - my baked potato was huge! The service was excellent.
