Ruth's Chris Steak House never disappoints, amazing steaks, great service, and an excellent dining experience every time.

The food is always excellent in the service was above average. The only issue I had was that the lights were way too high. I mentioned it twice to our server. He acknowledged the problem and I did nothing to fix it.

Kristopher Stanger went above and beyond for me and my wife on Mother’s Day. Even though we arrived late for our reservation, he graciously accommodated us after regular seating hours and made us feel genuinely welcomed instead of rushed. His kindness, professionalism, and willingness to make our special day memorable truly stood out. In a busy holiday setting, Kristopher’s exceptional customer service and understanding turned what could have been a stressful situation into an unforgettable experience. Ruth’s Chris is fortunate to have such a dedicated and compassionate manager leading their team.

Our server was Tara and she was attentive and funny. I was also given a rose for Mother's Day. We really enjoyed our dinner.

Our Mother's Day celebration was awesome. Our waiting team Chad and Dawn were great! They fulfilled out every request. Food was awesome and ambience was A1. The manager Kris came over and was also very helpful. I would definitely recommend for any celebration. This is our 2nd time celebrating Mother's Day at this location and would absolutely have a repeat!

Tonight was my first time at Ruth’s Chris. We were a party of 5. We were sat exactly at our reservation time. The service was absolutely impeccable, they worked as a team and it was like a well-oiled machine. Also very attentive. The food was good. Our table had a mix of filet, lobster tail, ribeye, crabcakes, brussel sprouts, and salads. The crème brûlée was the best I’ve ever had. I would come back here for another special occasion.

I've gotten better service at a waffle house. Missed a full salad and it took over 15 minutes to get it fixed, at which point entrees were out. Steak temperatures all mixed up. Multiple issues but the manager never even stopped by. Really disappointed. Waiter didn't explain the menu or even seem to care about the multiple issues.

Everything was like it should be. Good drink great steak, you have to try the sweet potato casserole and then you'll know you're alive. Just wonderful
