I typically get the Ahi Tuna which hassles always been on point. On this visit I got a different appetizer (cheeseburger with blue cheese). It was filling but the blue cheese over powered the entire dish. I am a person who loves cheese of all kinds and blue cheese is perhaps in my top 3 favorite cheeses. I ended up taking the blue cheese off of the burger. Even after removing the cheese I was unable to even taste the burger. It was a bit dry and flavorless. I ate perhaps half of my burger and maybe 5-10 fries. The fries were not as good as usual and because I didn’t eat much of my burger I usually would have compensated with fries-not this time. The burger and fries were so disappointing that I didn’t order an entree because I was so turned off. My daughter however did order a steak and of course loved it though she felt like it was overcooked and smothered it with A-1. Again she commented that it was overcooked. She typically order medium rare. The steak was more medium well vs u She ate the entire steak as in her words, “I will never let a steak go to waste”. It was THC

From the moment we arrived the hostess team “Erica” and “Allie”were very inviting. We created a plan for when guests arrived and they made sure that it was executed flawlessly.The staff at Ruth's Chris Steakhouse in St. Pete made the night incredibly memorable. They went out of their way to ensure that every detail of this birthday celebration was taken care of. From assisting with decorations to providing personalized service, they truly made me feel like a VIP.Thank you to our servers Mark, Austin and their assistant Riley for being so attentive and making sure that the night ran smoothly. They were really on top of things and made sure that the guests didn’t want for a thing.The managers on duty “Josh” and “Jad were wonderful and often checked in to make sure that the event was a success.Not only did the team make the night special, but the food was absolutely outstanding. Every dish that was served was cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. The steaks were juicy and tender, and the sides were deliciously decadent. A huge thank you to the executive chef “Kurt” he came out at the end of the night to say hello to all the guests and even shared a dance with the birthday girl that she still talks about. Everyone in attendance left with smiles on their faces and a satisfied, full stomach.Overall, this birthday celebration at Ruth's Chris Steakhouse in St. Pete was a night to remember. Had such a fantastic experience at this location in Sarasota! We were running late however they were so accommodating!! Service was absolutely Top notch!! Atmosphere was so peaceful and serene! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was due to lack of excitement and flavor on the lobster mac... and the crab cakes... Everything else tasted absolutely amazing the sweet potatoes are a MUST HAVE!! Portions are way bigger than expected!! Highly Recommend !!
