I don’t know if these previous reviews are from real people or bots…But the customer service at this place sucks!! Mainly from this one particular girl that works there with colored hair!! Her attitude is awful. I stopped going to the place because of her, but decided to try again only bc I was nearby and wanted a smoothie bowl. I even gave her a tip in hopes it would bright her day! Her attitude is just awful and need to work perhaps in someone’s warehouse where there is not a lot of need for people interaction.

The worst customer service ever experienced today after coming here weekly for two years. Time stamp is 4:25 PM on 9/19/23 and both females reeked of marijuana and blasting music in their ears and couldn’t focus to save their lives. They wouldn’t give their names. The owner needs to fix this asap or he will loose a LOT of others too.

Just stopped in a little after 8:00 on a Friday, and I swear you would’ve thought this place was sterilized for surgery… I couldn’t believe how clean the entire store was, AND there was only one employee working. She had my pickup order ready at the right time and it was absolutely perfect.It’s this kind of cleanliness and service that has me choosing smoothie king over the competitors…I hope that if smoothie king has their employees working and closing the store by themselves they are getting paid at least like $18/hr…

Horrible customer service. They half hear your order due to the AirPods the teenagers keep in their ears. Business etiquette at this location doesn’t exist. Don’t bother ordering from here.
The women that is in there now is very rude who would want to buy this I could of been rude back and asked for my money the manger needs to have a talk with them how to greet and speak to your customers I have to say I am very disappointed I always come here and I never had to go threw this just sad.

The smoothie was great and so was the employee, but that's the problem. There was only one girl working there. There was a bit of a line, but she was doing everything she could, always making 4 smoothies at a time. You'd get to the counter to order and you'd have to wait because she had to make the smoothies for the last 4 people. And I don't know how many online orders she could have also had. That girl deserves to get paid double for today and a raise and whoever scheduled for her to be by herself like that should be fired or at least given a talking to. I find it hard to believe that there was literally no one else who could come in and help.

The product is good, the idea is there but the teenagers that works there are are all laughing and make fun of the costumes ( how customers talk, or behave). I felt uncomfortable been in there waiting. May 25th 2:15 pm. Awful customer service. Don’t you dare ask this teens a question..
