The level of inconsistency with product is outstanding. Especially lately. This is the THIRD time we have ordered bowls and one had HALF the amount as the other one. Absurd. What are we paying for exactly? We don’t have unlimited time to continuously have these remade properly. Are we cutting corners?

Affordable Tech

This morning at 9 AM, there was no other customers in the store. We had to shout and an employee finally, slowly, came up and acted annoyed he had to take our order. When we ordered the same thing we order every time, he couldn't find it in the computer. That alone took him 5 minutes so we left and went without food this morning. Thanks.

PS - The franchise owner is awesome. I was shocked there was such an incompetent person working there.

I come here probably once every 2 weeks and the service is generally really awful. A lot of the time the workers have AirPods in, on the phone, or are overall not paying attention. They also tend to be extremely rude and act as though your presence is the biggest inconvenience. I will say there’s one or two that work there that are kind. The smoothie is always well, the service is just terrible. Management should make adjustments.

For the second time, the girl working at this location gave us the absolute worst service and attitude. first she was on the phone with a friend while taking our order, and then dropping the f word while we were trying to place our order. She was ignoring other customers and throwing around bottles and blenders out of frustration. She would mumble rude remarks under her breath and roll her eyes. I have never been treated so poorly in my entire life. She clearly does not want to do her job. I will not be returning to this location and will not recommend this location to anyone. Today is 4/6/2024 at 4pm.

The smoothies are good, but the staff aren't very friendly and kind of clueless about their own smoothies. Just waited about 10 minutes standing at the counter waiting for the employee(s) in the back to finish talking about a text message conversation.

I am extremely disappointed and shocked on how I was treated. I came into the store on 2/28/24 around 5pm and the credit card machine was down. This was not a big deal. I went to my car and decided I would order my smoothie online; however, I wanted to make sure that online ordering was functioning before I did. So, I went back in the store and asked the employee working if it was okay to order something online. The employee had ear pods in and complete ignored me. At first I didn't think it was a big deal and decided she possibly couldn't hear me so I asked again. Again ignored, however this time the employee clearly saw me. I finally asked one more time and again was ignored. The employee then took out headphones and asked rudely if she could help me. I told her I felt like she was being rude to me because I was clearly being ignored. And here's where things escalated..
The employee, who's stated she was the current manager, threatened to call the police on me and ordered me to leave the store. She then said she refused to serve me . I was shocked. I ask for her name and the name of the owner of this franchise and she refused to give me both her name or any other information. I have a video recording of some of what took place and the store number of the franchise and plan to follow up with corporate. I don't know if this was race related or if the employee was just having a bad day; regardless, what occurred was completely inexcusable. I known the store has video recordings in place and if their is any question as to what occurred I urge the owners to pull up the video recordings from that day.

Horrible, serviced my country overseas, only to get disrespected with napkin thrown at me when I asked for some napkins to clean my cup. Additionally, they would not fix 1 of the 2 smoothies I ordered because I tried it after I walked out the store. Definitely lost a customer.
