This coffee shop is absolutely amazing! The coffee is delicious, the staff is so welcoming, and overall a great experience. If you're looking for a local St. Pete coffee place you've definitely found it.

Great coffee, friendly staff, only downside is it’s tiny! No space to hang except outdoor area out front. Food selection is limited and most offerings are not my ideal. Different coffee shops specialize in meeting different needs. If you want to get delicious coffee and you’re not trying to find a place to work or needing a full hearty breakfast, this is an excellent choice!

We ordered three iced lattes. Two were with very light caramel. They got the espresso out of a jug in the fridge and didn’t pull them when we ordered.
They also made all three drinks extremely sweet. My husband asked them to remake it for him because it was way too sweet. They charged him for the remake.
Much better coffee shops in the area than here!!

Southside Coffee should be on your list of St. Pete coffee shops to try. Good drinks & food, a cute patio area to sit, and super friendly/ kind workers.

It’s a tiny store- there’s hardly room inside for a few people to stand comfortably but fortunately they have outdoor seating- but that’s still only half a dozen or so tables.

I tried the Mexican Mocha, as I always enjoy trying “spicy” drinks. This one met expectations, with a little cayenne kick at the end of the sip after a strong mocha taste, it was just right. Their breakfast sandwiches were also fantastic, pretty simple but that’s what made it work.

They had some other drink options like kombucha or mushroom lattes; I almost tried the mushroom one but just wanted real coffee so maybe next time. There is a bathroom hidden in the corner of the shop if you can squeeze in there. I will say here, Southside (Coffee) is the best side (aka coffee).

Stumbled upon this great little coffee shop. The choices were unique and the service was friendly. The shop was adorably put together and they had a ton of offerings and outside seating! It’s absolutely perfect. Wish it was closer to where I live, but I’m super glad I found it and I will for sure be coming back.

Southside Coffee in St. Pete totally made my Saturday morning! Their Cold French Latte was smooth, bold, and just the right amount of sweet—definitely a must-try for coffee lovers. I also got the Hot Dirty Chai, and it was perfection—warm, spicy, and perfectly balanced with espresso. Great flavors, cozy vibes, and friendly service—can’t wait to come back!
