I adore this little shop.
The atmosphere lends to any mood. Quaint and quiet enough to focus on work with strong wi-fi. They have cafe-style seating as well if you're looking for a more fun and social vibe. I know when I walk into Squeeze, I will be greeted by a friendly, knowledgeable person who truly cares about my well-being and that of our community. My daughter loves the lavender latte. I usually go for the Shroom Bloom with cashew milk. The cashew milk is made every day on the premises which I find to be a bonus. The Shroom Bloom is a fantastic alternative to coffee, but I quite often cheat and add a shot of espresso! Today was hot outside and I considered ordering another go-to of mine The Full Metal Smoothie, but I was starving, so I tried the Kale Pesto toastie with the Body Electrolyte drink from the juice cooler and I was not disappointed!! The toastie was served on locally made sourdough bread (They also offer gluten-free!) and the body electrolyte cured my headache. I will continue to frequent this little gem and refer all of my friends and family. Thank you ladies of Squeeze! ?

My favorite place to go! All of the staff is so friendly and knowledgeable and create a very relaxed atmosphere to be in. They have freshly pressed juices that are locally pressed 3x a week, smoothies & so much more. Highly recommend

Love this place!
Been coming almost daily for years. Love that I have a place where I can always count on having fresh plant based foods and smoothies without worrying if there are additives or sugars. And there are so many choices for adaptogens and add ins!

My favorite Juice is the Afternoon delight - I wish I could get it every day!!!

My favorite smoothie is the full metal.

Face coffee is the busy bee!

for food- the kale pesto toastie on gluten free bread or the seoul mate noodles.

Super dog & kid friendly, Fun place to bring my laptop and work for the day.

lame as the place says squeezed juice works but only does this on monday, nothing fresh here.
what the people need to know here is that you show up and nothing is squeezed for you. You cannot choose and pick it is made on a Monday and if you show up on a Friday, it's no different than a bottle that was packaged and waiting for you at Publix in the store it is not freshly done right then in there .

Parking: This is downtown. St Pete and Parking is not very abundant maybe one or two free spots anything other than that you're taking a risk of being towed

Where do I even start… terrible experience as soon as I walked in. I was greeted by the most low energy employee who seems like she hates her job. I asked her to make my smoothie without sugar and she didn’t. When I corrected and told her I had asked for it without sugar she gave me the worst attitude as if it wasn’t her mistake. Smoothie was mid at best. Don’t recommend

It’s 2024 who the hell doesn’t even have whole milk option ??? That’s ridiculous all they carry is cashew and oat milk full of pesticides and heavy metals . Also smoothie was awful and very cheap ingredients

The staff here is amazing and genuinely cares. Raquel always has juice / shot recommendations depending on how I’m feeling that day and what my body needs. The juices are delicious and the atmosphere is inviting and clean.

Love going here when I need fresh juice or immunity boost.

Wow! Awesome place with great health options. Cute courtyard to sit in and coffee house with live music next door. The full metal and day tripper were awesome smoothies and so were the health shots. We will definitely be back!!!

Dietary restrictions: Tons of options for all restrictions! You won’t find meat here from what I saw though.

Walk or bike.. is great.. parking is a political City Council issue, everywhere, hate it.More of their Juice on 30th Ave N. If you get it 'on the go'..For a sit down, Socializing here downtown is a 5 star, and 30th is more of an in and out retail 5 star.Been a regular since they opened their first location. Im a believer is fresh squeezed veggies. Love Love Love Love LOVE IT!Hard working people here.. be kind and generous please. We need this product, the juices.

We were walking around Black Crow next door and discovered this shop hidden on the side of the courtyard and we wanted to check it out. This was such a great decision because it was such a cute interior and design. We ordered the strawberry smoothies and it was prepared quickly and tasted delicious! Definitely will return here for sure when we return to St. Petersburg.

This place has good smoothies and snacks, I had to go back after my first visit but I forgot that the service is slow. The second time the service was even worse, and to top it off I didn’t find out they were out of the ingredients for our order for a full 45 minutes after ordering. As original as the recipes were, I will never go back. You can cut the passive aggressiveness with a knife.
