We were walking around Black Crow next door and discovered this shop hidden on the side of the courtyard and we wanted to check it out. This was such a great decision because it was such a cute interior and design. We ordered the strawberry smoothies and it was prepared quickly and tasted delicious! Definitely will return here for sure when we return to St. Petersburg.

This place has good smoothies and snacks, I had to go back after my first visit but I forgot that the service is slow. The second time the service was even worse, and to top it off I didn’t find out they were out of the ingredients for our order for a full 45 minutes after ordering. As original as the recipes were, I will never go back. You can cut the passive aggressiveness with a knife.

Squeeze has been a staple for our family and friends for years! The food is amazing with knowledgeable caring staff always but recently we had the pleasure of being helped by Tracey! she went above and beyond helping us all find exactly the right juice:drinks and food! Squeeze is a great spot we frequent when out for a walk or trip to Tombolo or Black Crow. Their Full Metal green smoothie is delicious and they make all items to order with generous portions. Parking is rough is this part of town so best to find a spot on Central Ave or have a nice walk or bike ride. I like that they're dog friendly and have abundant outdoor seating with the adjoining businesses. This courtyard is a gem in St Pete and the trifecta of shops here is one of my favorite spots.

We came here after grabbing coffee at black crow coffee! They share a courtyard which is surrounded by trees and beautiful landscape. It's very tranquil and peaceful! It's a great place to come read or do a little computer work. Unlike the coffee shop next door, they do have Wi-Fi.The lady working was so sweet and explained the menu and their process for juicing. All of their juices are fresh and cold pressed. You can customize if you want and they have cleanses you can do for 1-5 days. They range from $55-250 for a cleanse and they provide 5 juices a day! We grabbed inflammation shots (super sour but they do wonders) and a banana/strawberry smoothie. If we lived closer, we'd be in all of the time! Definitely give it a shot!

I typically come here after my workouts in the morning and love coming and getting their smoothies from here because their vibe is very nice as well as they're super refreshing. That being said the last five times that I've come here after a work out, just like today, they say their hours are open yet that place is not so it's making me resort to other places to get smoothies, which is unfortunate, because that one's super convenient for me, so my only complaint is that their business hours and when they're actually open are not accurate.
