The store was very nice and alot bigger than most othet stores The smell of coffee is always delightful and welcoming. The store was clean and well kept.There was plenty of seating with tables to relax and enjoy a beverage along with the pastry of your choice. The staff was very helpful and the service quick. I enjoyed a cold coffee and a slice of pound cake. I would give it an A++

I had an unfortunate encounter with Alaina at the register today. She was very rude and impatient with me and seemed really stressed out by the busyness of it all (9:45am). Perhaps she should work the night shift when the store isn't so hectic and she isn't forced to smile. Or maybe in a non-customer-facing role. Perhaps she should be put on oven-duty where she can face the wall.

I tried to grab a last-minute coffee and use the bathroom but the barista said The bathroom's closed 10 minutes before closing time and I wasn't allowed to take my 4-year-old into the toilet even when I explained he was about to pee his pants. Terrible service especially for a mom needing a bit of empathy.

I live across the street at Ascent I’m tired of hearing a business say they are understaffed get more people waiting 30 plus minutes for a coffee is ridiculous and take down the pride flag and put up the USA 🇺🇸 flag done getting coffee here. This place will ruin your morning stay away!

Customer service was great and the staff was polite, but there were only two people working — one on the register and one making drinks — with at least 10–15 customers waiting. This isn’t the first time I’ve come at this time and seen the same issue. Starbucks really needs to do a better job staffing properly during busy hours to keep up with demand.

I came in at opening yesterday and witnessed a kind employee helping a man who was covered in blood. I really admired how she handled everything and I think Starbucks should be proud with the young woman’s actions. My drink was really good too, as it usually is at this location.
