So we came here and the girl didnt give me a recipt and try to convince me that there hot chocolate always has been like what she gave me but I just spent a week at Tampa general hospital where I got a hot chocolate everyday and while I was in nc for 2 weeks I got a hot chocolate every day and while in Tennessee on a ski trip at ober I got one everyday I have become addicted they never tasted like sugarless coffee it was dish water it was so gross and didnt give me a recipt and then dinged my card 12 times trying to do a refund because she was going to make it the same way she was super rude super skinny girl very pretty but rude as hell cant make a simple drink its not hard and claimed to my pregnant daughter they don't have never had chocolate cake pops ever they don't sell them at any target Starbucks I hate coffee but I like the Starbucks refreshers and hot chocolate and the creme drink which isnt on most boards its like hot milk with foam and Carmel its so good but only the one by my main house has them so but really no buisness being there wish she had a name tag on so rude to us and I was being as polite as possible i don't normally return things like this but its like $8 but she only refunded me $4 because she didn't give me a recipt I always keep recipts I didnt make a fuss she didnt give it to me but I collect all recipts for my account because of my businesses I use everything

Amelia was so good at her job that I had to ask her name to give this review. I had a Target gift card that I was going to use. I hadn't scratched off the back yet and was about to with my fingernail and she said I can do that for you with a coin. Service was quick and she thanked me twice throughout the interaction. I was about to grab a long straw but before I could, she asked if I would like a shorter straw, which was perfect. Thanks for being the best part of Starbucks. You're going places.

I have been to this location a few times and on each occasion I had the best service from the barista Lexi. She was not only professional but took the time to explain different drinks. Following her advise the vanilla bean Frappuccino was amazing. She is truly a breath of fresh air in such a busy establishment and an asset to the company. Need more employees like her!
