Rarely do I leave reviews, but your barista, Lexi, made the best caramel brûlée Frappuccino with two extra shots of espresso, and two extra pumps of caramel at your location. Lexi made the best Frappuccino I had in a long time, and she did it with the best customer service.
Lexi is an outstanding barista (or manager) who excels in her role. Starbucks would undoubtedly benefit from promoting her to a managerial position. Her professionalism, friendliness, and exceptional drink-making skills have made me a loyal and satisfied customer. Thank you, Lexi, for consistently providing exceptional service!
