Awful experience here today with my young daughter. I went in and ordered a mint majesty tea and hot chocolate. The hot chocolate came out immediately, the tea however did not. I had to approach the worker not one but two times demanding he make my drink while he lied to my face. I waited for over 15 minutes while he continued to make drinks for everyone behind me. It is truly sad that political feelings have to come into a business setting where I am a paying customer.
Thank you Starbucks at 4th & 9th for showing my daughter front row what is wrong with our country.

First of all I’d like to say , the service & hospitality are good! Nothing wrong there! Only issue I had recently which caused me to start making drinks at home,; My last drink had small little hairs in it and not sure what that may have come from being as though as I took sips it came out with that. Totally grossed me out!And I have taken notice with a lot of locations they aren’t as clean & organized even going as far as grabbing or touching the drinks with wet hands by the top instead of by the cup when handing a drink over to customers. If the cleanliness matched the hospitality , 5 stars!
Love the taste and the look of pink drink from Starbucks. Theirs staffs are very nice and friendly ❤️ I asked my nail girl at T NAILS make my nails matching with my fav drink and yesss she just ate that 😳 Have a beautiful day to you all 😊

Not a huge fan, but good coffee, juice mixes, always busy, but lots of outside seating on the side of the building with tables!!! Always a busy spot to use their wifi!!!! Great to go even if you don't purchase anything, they'll leave you alone & they won't chase you off for just using their wifi! People working were pretty cool!
