I ordered a peppermint latte but what I received was a regular latte. There were only 2 girls working when I went in, and the other girl told the girl that was working on my latte not to add any syrup. I didn't think anything of it as I thought they know what they are doing but apparently they didn't as there was nothing pepperminty about my latte. I was so disappointed.

Car better died on 9th Ave N. Got a jump & pulled into the parking lot. Erin, the store manager came out within minutes & asked if we needed water or anything then brought out cake pops for my kids! Simple gesture that made me feel comfortable while getting a quick service. So appreciative! Will have to stop in & thank her again one day.

The coffee was burnt, the cappuccino was dry, and the service was poor. I was treated as if I knew nothing about coffee. I had a better experience with the two homeless people outside.

Took forever for my wife and I to get our coffees, which is a rare indulgence for us, and they were disgusting. Didn't even finish them. If I'd drunk it in the store I would have asked them to remake it even though I've never requested that before.Parking: Extremely tight parking lot.
