Came through the drive thru this morning 1/13/25 around 11:30 to get my drink, the drink I paid for… got the drink at the window and didn’t see any cinnamon sugar topping so I asked the man working the window if he could put some cinnamon sugar on top (because the drink I ordered, cinnamon dolce latte) comes with it… he rolled his eyes at me. Like huh??? I just want what I paid for. I want the full experience, Starbucks is already expensive as is! It was just distasteful, so I took my drink and left. Never got the cinnamon sugar topping. Sounds petty but oh well; like I said the drink is over $7 for a grande and the man at the window was so rude about it. I asked nicely… didn’t expect to get a nasty eye roll. I don’t even want you to add anything to my drink now. Geez

They serve the iced coffee here with so much cream, it might as well be called coffee milk. The staff that came in after they renovated the place can't make coffee. No wonder there's never a line anymore. Waste of my time and money.

I was having difficulty with my app and payment but Jess/Jessalyn(assistant manager) was EXTREMELY patient, helpful, and friendly. It made it so much easier. This was during the morning rush as well.

It's a pretty town and we had a good day here, but at the end of the day, we were tired and needed a coffee break. This little coffee shop was the perfect place to get that and we sat for a bit.

I've had multiple disappointing experiences at this particular Starbucks location. Today, November 22, 2024, I was falsely accused of recording staff and subsequently issued a trespassing warning by the St. Petersburg Police Department, a claim that was entirely unfounded.
The staff's behavior is unprofessional and seems to be intended to intimidate customers. It's disheartening to see such a lack of respect for patrons, particularly when a simple misunderstanding could have been resolved amicably.
I strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution when visiting this location.
waited 20 whole minutes just to pick up a uber. If you do uber eats I would not recommend coming here the employees seem lazy and they don’t seem to care.

I had ordered a pumpkin chai latte and they had rung me in for a pumpkin spice latte. I was waiting for about 15 minutes with no drink and they had given me a hot pumpkin spice latte. I told them that my order was wrong so they fixed it and gave me a pumpkin spice latte. Not what I ordered. I was already upset so I didn't go back in to fix my drink. I dont drink caffeine as a 14 year old girl so I was upset. Do not recommend this Starbucks location.

My partner went to get drinks for us and waited for so long so she came to talk with cashier. An employee decided to gave her bad attitudes that made her uncomfortable so my partner want to talk with other cashier. Btw my partner is deaf. Finally ordered n waited for awhile to get drinks, she finally got her coffee but no hot protect cover n still waited so long for other drink, over 20 mins. She came up n said waited for so long. Please be patient with deaf people. We wouldn't go there again, very uncomfortable with rude employees.
