Don’t know what changed Gwen was I think who helped me and she made me feel less then - very negative overall. Never have this issue with 4th street locations. Also don’t need to see your mid drift as I’m ordering wear your apron. If I didn’t have the points I had I would never go back but Erin on 4th amazing so is the 4th and 50th team other than I think her name was Kaden. Focus less on diversity and more on performance maby your drinks are 10 a pop with mods I don’t need a show just a positive experience.

They're always so sweet and nice and fast. Today my sugar was dropping and they had my stuff ready for me before I even got to the window and there was a small mishap in the order and they were able to fix it and correct it and they made sure to take good care of me throughout the whole experience!!

I live walking distance from this Starbucks so I do mobile pick up orders from my phone often. Today I went in & wanted to try something new and was very confused about some of the newer drinks & the sweetest most helpful employee (her names is Amleset) was so eager to help me & just made my day with the great attitude & smile on her face you could tell was genuine, not just to fake it for her job
Starbucks - she needs a raise or a fun prize lol bc I’ve been in the restaurant/customer service business for over 10 years & going to Starbucks for over 15 years & she by far gave me the best customer service with the best attitude possible!!

I don’t normally write reviews for chains but Starbucks massacred this location with their new remodel. It used to be one of my favorite study spots as a Stetson student. I basically lived here during finals. There were big windows and many tables to sit at. Now, the store is half the size it was previously, and there’s literally only one minuscule table to sit at. It’s obvious Starbucks doesn’t appreciate it’s in-person customers and is prioritizing mobile orders and drive through business. I will never return to this location.
