on handshake order by mistake i added cream they put heavy cream. i just throw it out. but usually coffee are better. i advise them to add to the menu honey ice lattee also.

The parking lot was a nightmare. Cars in the drive through block all parking and walking path to the front door. Unfortunately all staff seemed focused on the drive through orders. Walk-in customers had to wait 15-20 minutes and were asked by one conscientious employee a couple of times what we were each waiting on.With the poor design, I see why they need to focus on keeping the drive through moving but. 8-10 employees still didn't do a great job.Skip it and go to another location or Dunkin donuts

World!! and Looks like we have the best right here in St. Pete!!! Go! Burg! Go!It started with Ryan making a human connection with me and patiently navigating the endless options with his expertise and listening skills. It was like he had a crystal?Ball!!. Dextor then linked up like Voltron, with his contagious Jovial smile and quick Hustle approach to getting it done!! and did just that... Got it done in record time !! ALL WHILE HAVING A GOOD TIME WITH ME AND WORK!! Kudos to these two for Mastering a dying art!!I don't usually write at 7am on Sunday but Ryan and Dextor more than Deserve the praise and appreciation ? ? ❤️ ?Customer Service Lives!!!!#Hire-Humans!!!

I received great customer service last night, from the two male baristas! They prepared my “green tea matcha latte“ perfectly! They also sent me on my way with a Merry Christmas & Happy New Year, they made me feel special. Keep up the hard great work fellas!? ?? Ordered a basic hot black tea. Literally hot water and a tea bag. Waited and waited and waited. Was completely calm and kind and asked the barista- “hey do you mind checking on my hot tea?” I was met with hostility and it wasn’t even busy and I waited to ask her when things were slow. I was confused because everyone behind me had been served. Her response “I’m making the drinks.” I agreed with her and apologized and told her I’d wait. Waited another 10 min as others behind me got served. Asked again, hesitantly, since she had been rude before and she said “what? I don’t even make that drink!” Apparently the cashier was supposed to make it, which he didn’t know and he apologized. My issue was not with someone who made a mistake, it was the girl who didn’t want to listen or hear me and cut me off to say she was working on the drinks. All she had to do was take a moment. I hate that “busyness” and how she had no care about me as a customer. Even the people behind me were like, “yeah she’s been waiting awhile….” People shouldn’t work in customer service if they don’t understand how to service a customer.
