Donovan and Lauren are amazing! They were close to closing and still made me and my pups feel so welcome in the drive thru, I always make sure I come to this Starbucks because of the amazing employees like Donovan and Lauren. The drive thru had a few cars in line but they moved through quickly. The service associate was super friendly and offered our fur baby a puppuccino, which she loved. It was really fun watching her go to town on it. Their peppermint mocha coffee is really good.

The one sore spot was their landscaping. It needed to be cleaned up...badly.

The drive thru had 10+ cars so I went inside. There was no one in line so my order was taken right away, but it took 16 minutes to get my two drinks. Meanwhile the entire drive thru line and tons of mobile orders were made and picked up. I understand those services need to be efficient but they need to find a way to prioritize those who come inside even though the world is trying to move towards automation. Inside has always been slow but now it’s much worse.

Clean tiny location; not greeted but order was taken and told them my name. Kept waiting to hear my name; after 6 minutes I waited thru the crowd to find my drinks sitting, melted, awaiting me and my friend. If you’re going to take the time to ask someone their name at least have the courtesy to call their name when their drink is ready.

Most of the time this Starbucks is fine. I order the exact same beverage every Monday-F for pickup at 6:45 AM. My drink is $7.45 so I spend about $140 a month at this location.

Today- my drink was made hot (not what I ordered) instead of iced, which happens about every three weeks for whatever incorrect reason.

The barista working showed me my drink when I looked confused and when I advised it should be iced she said NOTHING and, clearly annoyed, went and pretended to start my drink. It’s 90 degrees outside, I don’t want a hot latte.

Remember- I had already paid via the app about 22 minutes prior to this exchange.

I waited six minutes and watched the barista prioritize every beverage and customer except mine. Never apologized for their mistake, never said they’d have it right up. Never thanked me for my patience.

She acted annoyed that she messed up my order and then never corrected it.

I ended up just leaving without getting my
money back or my drink because I had to go to work and it was already 30 minutes from the time I submitted my order. I’ve already scoped out a second location but am disappointed at the lack of customer service I received considering my regular patronage.

I come to Starbucks seven days a week, sometimes multiple times a day and the staff really should be knowledgeable about EVERY promotion that is ran. I specifically asked about the $3 drink promo from 12-6 and he told me through the drive thru that it’s $3 OFF the drink, not the misleading $3 drink itself… so it changed how I ordered, even though I read him what the AD SAID. Then there was a controversy in the drive thru and the worker got annoyed by me. If they were consistent, there wouldn’t have been any issues. I’m very bothered by the interaction and I think he could’ve reacted better.

Well there was an employee there working named Aaliyah. My auntie who is 70 plus years old is very short and cannot sit at high top tables. She was very tired from walking through the mall and the heat today. The lady refused her a seat when I asked two times. So I grabbed a chair for her in the area that they were going to mop.. very disrespectful to seniors. She was a younger girl. She'll know what it's like when she gets older or works hard. Do better Starbucks
