It's okay. On the corner of a busy street corner on 4th st and 9th ave. The have indoor and outdoor seating. Service is okay but could be better. Unfortunately, their baristas are not as friendly as other Starbucks locations.

Ordered 2 Mochas Grandes cold and this was served in a timely manner. Also, ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches and they never came out and 10 minutes passed. I went and asked barista and she said they were being made. Waited another 5 minutes and still no sandwiches. Went to counter again and asked for money back. Turns out male barista never made them.

I’m updating my review! Yesterday I had a catastrophe and ordered my drink to the wrong location. I went in and told the lovely lady at the mobile bar (I called to ask her name was either Alexa or Tamaya) , she was like “what was your drink?” And I gave her my phone with the order. I told her if it’s too much that it’s okay because I had work in 4 minutes up the block, and she said it’s no problem! She made my drink in RECORD time. I’ve been a barista and I couldn’t do that myself! I’ve also always had a good experience here, the staff is always friendly and greet you when you walk in. I wanted to say thank you for all of your hard work !

I stopped into Starbucks for something to eat and drink while getting new tires nearby. The staff was very friendly, and service was quick—off to a good start. Unfortunately, things went downhill from there. All the indoor tables were taken by people using the place as a makeshift office. I even saw someone working with a customer (not Starbuck employees) While I get that they’re paying customers too, not having a real table to sit and eat was frustrating. I ended up balancing my food on a low coffee table.
To make matters worse, the store was noticeably dirty—floors covered in dirt and crumbs, probably from all the people trying to eat without proper tables.
On the bright side, the coffee was good, and the bagel was fresh.

Another reason to support local businesses! Ordered ahead. One drink Frappuccino as ready when I arrived, but basic coffee drink not. A cup that looked to be mine was sitting there. I asked if it was mine? Jaelyn just looked at the cup and said it needs label. It was clearly my drink. Someone forgot the label. She then looked up my order and intentionally placed me back in the queue. I waited another 10 minutes then asked her to just give me regular coffee. She told me that was there process. Finally a manager came up - i asked her to just give me regular coffee. Just admit you screwed up and make the coffee. Jaelyn could not be bothered this morning. Go to a local coffee shop.

We enjoyed our day in this pleasant seaside town and ended the day with refreshing iced coffee drinks. It was enough to get us back on the road, headed for Orlando and dinner.

I'm not going back to this Starbucks again. I got a grande mocha this morning that is close to a half a cup. I noticed how light it was when the coffee was handed to me at the window. Do you not measure your coffee properly or you're ripping people off?
