Soup & Sandwiches are so fresh & delicious. The staff was super friendly. It's crowded for good reason. Definitely worth a visit and take out especially on rainy blustery days. The inside is a fully built out vintage looking bar with lots of rich wood accents. I will revisit often.

My family have been living in Florida since the 70s and this was our first time at Stone Soup Cafe. Our sandwiches and soup were delicious and dessert hit the spot. We'll definitely be back!
I wanted to love Stone Soup. I have friends that eat there almost daily, all my neighbors recommend it. But the day I went, I had my two and three year olds with me. So we ordered take out and went to the park in the meantime. When we came back, excited we dug into our brown bags to the fruit cups, they were soeckled in white spots. I tasted it and it burnt my tongue. I ran in and they apologized and gave me new ones. Because it is so dark in the restaurant, I could not see the white specs that were on the new fruit as well until I got outside. I ran back in and I apologized to them and said can I just have chips in a bag, so we grabbed our chips. I went out to the car and unwrapped the sandwiches. The Reuben had a lot of meat on it, but nearly no sauerkraut, which is what I was really looking forward to And I thought well I better check the other sandwich. It was a grilled cheese. It was supposed to have all the sides the spinach, the tomato, etc on the side because I may eat some but my kids would not- they forgot the sides. The only thing that was delicious and perfect was the bean sprout cucumber cream cheese sandwich. By the time me and my kids drug our blanket out to have our picnic, we had a cold triple cheese sandwich and a bag of chips- well that's what it felt like. Very disappointing. Totally thought this would be my type of place. I felt like I had inconvenienced them even though they were not rude, and I tried to be very nonchalant because the place was busy and didn't want them to see me complaining. Just bummed. Was excited to have a place near the park for great sandwiches.
WHAT A GEM. First and foremost: great food. Fresh. Tasty. Full bar, too. What I appreciate most, though, is that this amazing restaurant is busy but QUIET. Indoor/outdoor seating. Inside there's no annoying blaring music or echo. Though its nicely tucked away, it's centrally located w ample parking. My server Jay was friendly and attentive. I'm so looking forward to coming back.

They need to hang some soft materials on the walls to cut back on the noise when the restaurant is full.Parking: If you can avoid lunch between 11:45 sm and 1:15 pm you will find parking much more available. But if not it's worth the wait.
