Depends on who's making your sub. Some employees make subs average, some make them real good. 99% off the time sub rolls are very fresh.

Ordered 2 footling ham subways, window states 2 footling for $16.99 after 4 PM but was charges $20.98 for 2 turkey subways. When asked about why their window advertised the orice, I was told you need a coupon. No where on the window does it say a coupon is required, that is false advertisement.

I deliver for Uber and they refused me the restroom while waiting for an order. I won't pick up another order here again. Dropped the order too.

Painted on the windows is a sign that says 2 subs for 16.99 after 4pm. As it was 5:30 my son asked to get subs so I pulled over. When it was time to pay the subway employee rung up my order I pointed to the sign and he refused to change the price stated I need a coupon. I said there is no mention of a coupon just a time frame which I was ordering in. He refused to change the price. After this experience I will not be coming back to this location the worker was very rude.

This is the location I'll be going to from now on, even though there's 3 others closer to me. It's the only one I've found that still has Coke and hasn't switched to Pepsi! Service was fast and store was clean.

I made an online order and I asked for extra toasted. One sub came out good one sub came out burnt. And when I was quietly talking to my sister about it, the manager butted in and put in her two cents in saying it was wheat bread. Previously before that a worker put another one of the subs in the oven when I didnt want it toasted as it says on the receipt for the mobile order. Manager over all was rude and shouldn’t even be working in customer service if she doesn’t know how to talk to people and mind her business when no one was talking to her.

I ordered the roast turkey no bread bowl, it was excellent. Definitely will order again.
Ask for some help with app the man said he can’t and then we said ok went started our order and he messed it uo then try to blame us. Very horrible customer service

Best subway I've been to so far the employees are patient and understanding and professional when dealing with rude customers making us wait in line because they took up more time not ordering 2 subs ahead of time when they got to register making them run back and forth for an order but still got to me and apologized for the wait love the atmosphere they provided would recommend to friends or couples needing a place to eat and relax and the employees are very funny tell good puns and dad jokes they seem to have fun ?

We live about 6 minutes away if we hit all the red lights. How does a sandwich get so soggy that the bread returns to its unbaked state in less than 10 minutes? Let me part some gen x wisdom on all y’all: Put the cheese on first. *gasping whist clutching my pearls*. Calm down. The cheese prevents the bread from getting soggy-er. “But!” you may say “that’s not how it’s done!*. Well Scarlett, I don’t give a damn. At least the bread will remain intact.
